What an unforgettable experience! Truly an unparalleled fast food location. Avery is a standout and made me feel like it was a family breakfast at home. Her subtle sass was welcome and her indifferent demeanor despite the breakfast rush was both calming and oddly welcoming. Also if you’re looking for a quaint dining experience, I would recommend taking your meal to go in the car and dining in the parking lot overlooking the pond. There’s a charming family of geese and picturesque views abound!

McDonald's is McDonald's as long as all goes well. You might get a different review if someone is having a bad day, but I don't remember such a thing!

Good food, nice place nice employees

I have had a taste lately for McDonald's french fries and the 2 cheese burgers. I believe that meal is number 7. Which is also my lucky number. Not all McDonald's in my opinion deserve 5 stars. But this particular one does. Maybe its the atmosphere in which these employees work or maybe they just know how to treat the customers. Either way it goes I always have a great experience when coming here. Ive never over paid, never given the wrong items, never had items not received, never had cold food and never had microwaved food either. Everytime Ive come here my burgers are hot and the french fries are hot and fresh. For all the money we pay for fast food you want it to taste good and fresh. Not rubbery, cold and microwaved. I've never experienced that here. And everyone is very friendly and glad you stopped by their McDonald's. I absolutely love this one.

This McDonald's has consistently been the BEST location I have been to ever since I first when there when I lived in Alden about a decade ago. To this day, their food is always perfectly cooked, fresh, expertly assembled, their soda is always flavorful and carbonated, as well! Not to mention it's always clean when I've been in there.

Best McDonalds in all of new york. I’ve been to my fair share of Mcdonald’s in new york and this one hands down has the best staff, service and food. If you thought there was no way Mcdonald’s food would taste different based on location than you would be wrong. Alden serves their food fresher and faster than anywhere else. Their staff is made up of the friendliest people and even after something was messed up slightly with my order they did everything possible to fix the mistake. If you’re in the mood for mcdonald’s definitely make the trip to Alden.

If you get Mary taking your order on the late night shift and you treat her kindly you're in the greatest hands in the world. Wonderful woman.

Most favorite McDonald's, service is always great and very rare is there a mistake with the order. When there is they're quick to fix the problem without attitude like some.
