McDonald's

Was in today around 1:30 for a quick lunch with my son. The lady who took our order was so nice and polite to us even bringing our food out from behind the counter to us while getting our drinks and offering to carry the tray to our table. I went to use the rest room and it was very clean. When we were eating I noticed how clean the whole place was. I saw a gentleman cleaning and told him so. He thank me and when we were done rushed 2 help us with our tray. Great Job!!

I go out of my way to go to this location. (I don’t eat much fast food) BUT I had to write about this location. Its corporate owned. That’s why the parking lot the store and everything is maintained much better. Also, the food always taste better as well. It’s very consistent. I should also mention I feel the manager Gerald Was extremely professional, and very nice. In my opinion, this is the best location in the area. Also, it’s noteworthy that this is one of very few McDonald’s left in the entire country with a single arch sign. I do believe there is less than 15 left in the entire country.

A very sweet girl helped me this morning, I should have gotten her name I was there at about 430am. She deserves recognition! Very kind, oh and she makes a mean coffee :)

How in the world does this location have a lower rating than 10 and Hoover or the 11 mile Royal Oak location? 10 mile is a 2.5 star at best and 11 mile half the people there are high and drinking. Haven't had any issues with the St Clair shores location. 🤣😂

I never thought I'd give a McDonald's location a five star rating, I drive past I don't know how many McDonald's to eat at this one. This food is always hot and freshly made, the service is fast and friendly and the premises is newly remodeled and is always kept very clean. This location is very well ran, wish there were more like this to chose from closer to home.

It's the usual fast food line wait if you choose the drive-thru, The inside has an art deco design with minimalist seating in mind it does however boast ordering Kosiak(s) to make order fast and simple for those paying with cards simply touch and go and wait a small time for your orde number to be called, you can however tell when the younger kids are working because the quality of the food drops especially when you order through the app for some reason mobile order are assumed to be Doordarshan or Uber eats and are pre made and left to sit or they're made in thirty and given old lower quality product at least in my experiences bit despite that issue the orders are always correct and the food is hot most of the time Im lenient because some of these workers here its their first job and responsibility ever so I still give 5 stars because I know most of yall are actually trying your best, KUDOS to the team up there.

It's been decades since I've been to this location. Went through the drive thru and it was busy. Serves was top notch and it moved quickly and efficiently. I applaud the morning staff there!! And appreciate the smiles!

Was a little busy but staff were still nice. Love being able to take my kids to a play place!!

This place is actually decent. While McDonald's isn't the healthiest of choices, this one has stepped their game up for sure lol

This place is always so busy and the staff always keeps the line moving fast. They haven't messed up an order for me even with special requests. You can tell that the employees work hard and try to give everyone good and fast service. Best location I've found in a long time. Thank you to everyone who makes it a good store!

Manager often sets fresh flowers on the tables, so kind. I like most morning experience in store, friendly customers sitting down enjoying coffee! I like to people watch in the world <3

Sometimes I’ll surprise my 4yr old son with a late start at school. We come here for breakfast & a bit of play before he starts the day@PreK. It’s a treat I do for him every few months. That’s always my favorite visit, with him & his happy place hahaaaa

On top of that, should we have our McDonald’s cravings any other time, this is our store! Whether it’s DriveThru or an order in store visit- the employees have always quick, professional & kind! The food has always been fresh for my orders.

Usually I just do my reviews via the receipt but happen to check out google & was so surprised to see some reviews. Never have I had a bad experience …!!! This has been my location preference since 2017!

Filet-O-Fish for Friday Lent dinner. Was very fresh and hot, it hit the spot.

Here's a before pick of the remodeling. Will post new one when remodeling is done in about a month. This McDonald's is so much better then the other one down the road at 15 mile and Harper. That McDonald's is the worst. I recommend the extra drive for the service and quality.

Got a steak bagel. It was good but, steak had a lot of gristle.

Went here again today, and every time I do I have never had a bad experience. The people working the drive-thru I have always been nice, courteous, polite, and appear to enjoy their job. Also it seems that it is cheaper to go to this McDonald's to obtain the same thing I get, then any other McDonald's in the area. I'll never understand how a franchised Corporation has such different prices at all their locations for the same items. It's a little off the path but if I'm hungry for breakfast this is the one I will go to.

The customer service was awesome.... Even though the ice cream machine was down... Was happy to hear they are getting a brand new one! 😁.

Very clean. Service was excellent. Menu changed from breakfast to lunch but he was more than happy to try to accommodate me. Staff behind counter sounded cheerful and everyone was working together. Had to find that atmosphere around anywhere these days!

Workers are friendly & kind. My order is always correct.

The lines have been long lately... However they get you through very quickly. Sometimes the grill doesn't work so they serve uncooked hamburger buns... Currently they been with out ice for three to four weeks... So if you want a cold drink bring a cooler with some ice.
