I honestly dont ever do these but i felt this was neccecary.
My family has used this company because theyre local and more so inexpensive BUT in my opinion its not worth it. The owners "bed side manner" is awful. In 2017 i had my fathers funeral there, i was 15, and he passed from lung cancer. His body was not close to properly prepared, to the point there was blood on the inside of his lips still, aswell as under his nails.i also mentioned how his lips looked very thin and i got the response "what, you want me to put some lipstick on him?" As a 15 year old who just lost her dad, this statemment broke my heart. In 2023 my family had two more losses and even than i felt the quality of the service was less than deserved. You cant crack jokes about peoples dead loved ones
