I'm sitting in the parking lot now. I didn't want to forget to leave this review so I'm doing it right away. I've never been into an auto parts store like this one. I walked in and immediately both reps asked to help me (I needed it). Gave me recommendations and we're extremely transparent and honest. I walked outside to put on my wiper blade pulled out the directions and before I can unwrap the parts Dennis, the manager/owner maybe? Was walking out asking me if he could put it on for me. I said yes, he grabbed it and snapped it on faster than I could blink. THANK YOU DENNIS!

Went in to get one of the free scans done and Maragree was beyond helpful. She knew what she was talking about and made sure I understood exactly what I needed before I walked out. Definitely deserves a raise or something

This is the best Autozone in town. I'm grateful for the friendly and professional service from all the Associates. They make sure you get exactly what you need.

Bought a new battery for our 2014 minivan. Got a nice 3year warranty one. I just wish it would last as long as the original. 14 years. Lady at the store told me they don't carry that one. Lol.

Phillip was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure my car was ready to go after diagnosing the problem and reinstalling a battery - despite the difficult and finicky way my car has of securing the battery. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Shout out to my homie Joshua. Helped me navigate how to change the bulb on my Jeep. It's new to me, and I was completely lost. He was super nice, greased it up and installed it for me and everything. Thanks, man!

Just left your store a lil while ago and was helped an African American guy named Dale or Darrell. Was going to have to buy a whole new tire, cause the shops I called said they were not doing tire repairs today, just replacements. He help me save money by finding me the right products for the job to do it myself, walked me through with instructions and demonstration on how to use it until I was confident to buy and successfully use it. Really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and patience.

I came into the store In was greeted by marg, she helped me with everything I needed help with me. Also came out showed me around under the hood where everything goes . And Also helped me pour antifreeze into my vehicle, We had a little trouble getting the cap off she tried to get a male worker to help but he said it Wasn’t something he do ; ( … She came out & still was determined to help . Just wanna show my appreciation thank you Marggg !!!!

Always had great service here, never had to wait more than a minute maybe at mos. Also, being able to get free battery and alternator testing as well as information regarding any codes of vehicle is throwing if there's a check engine light on is downright awesome.
In my experience, at this location I was given a printout with the trouble codes my vehicle was throwing as well as next to the code numbers a brief explanation. It was really helpful and making decisions as to what to repair on my vehicle and what may not have been such a big deal and could wait.
They also loan out tools. I can for sure say it I know they loan out caliper piston depression kits used for brake jobs
Definitely will be back.

I Dig Auto Zone especially Because they are Right across telegraph road from me, they have the best parts, the best service and the best people. It’s a tough one between the store and another one I use, but I like these guys a lot they’re very knowledgeable and friendly.

Micheal was a great help. My battery went out and he had no issues helping me out with getting it replace. This is the only autozone I come to. Thank you

The staff at this AutoZone have been phenomenal!! Not to say others aren't, but the majority of my experiences have been with this store. This is the 1st store that comes to mind when I need auto parts!! Keep up the good work!!!

I just had the best experience at this location. Thank you to the female manager and one of her teammates that assisted me with a bulb change. I am forever grateful and that "OTHER " auto place will never get our business again . Kudos for great customer service.

The 5 stars is because of the service I got while I was here the past few times. I will admit the staff here can seem a bit agitated but recently I have not had that experience. I bought a set of extractor sockets and the staff member told me to try them and if they don't work even if the package is open and the tools we're all used, I could still return them no questions asked. Needless to say his efforts to make me feel like a confident consumer went above and beyond expectations. I didn't catch his name so I can't personally thank him for helping me out. I hope you all have a pleasant experience just as I did.

Had problem with a radiator hose on expressway. They quickly got everything i needed so I could fix in the parking lot. Once I fixed it, I went in to ask if they had a place to wash my hands. They said I'm not supposed to do this but there is a bathroom in the back. Very helpful staff and great experience. Thank you.

Fast friendly service if they are busy always be prepared to wait as AutoZone is very trying at giving each customer a thorough experience tailored to their needs and best of their ability as well which utilizes time and focus should a customer need it. our patience guarantees a better experience for the next man. No I don't work for this company at all. Store was clean too. I can tell it's a bit organized as they didn't take longer than 30 sec. to grab my gasket from back area.
