100/10 Teesha S. Was phenomenal! I came in to get vent guards and the guy behind the counter said “they’re down that aisle and they’re universal so just find ones you like” I headed down the aisle and was extremely confused so I headed back to the register where Teesha reassured me that I wasn’t crazy and vent guards are not universal. She didn’t find the ones I needed in stock right that moment but she was able to order the correct ones. Not only that, the order came in a week early! And she instantly recognized me when I came in the store for pickup. She deserves the world and then some! Thanks Teesha girl

Sharla King is very good at what she does! She was very polite, helpful and friendly. Much appreciated and an overall great experience at this location. Aside from that this Auto Zone even looks like it runs very smoothly. Everyone here seems very engaged with the customers and the overall success of the store in general. Adam C. gave me excellent service when replacing my battery and taillight in my Ford Focus. He came out in the cold to remove my stubborn, corroded battery and made sure to clean my terminals to prevent any further issues. He even walked me through as he did my taillight so I could see how it was done. And he was also taking care to monitor that other customers were being taken care of by another associate while helping me. It was an excellent experience and I would return for future maintenance! Adam did a wonderful job!

Fantastic experience today from start to finish. Purchased a battery for my Jeep in which the sales associate tested my original battery and confirmed it was weak. So being proactive I decided to replace it doing so he was very instrumental with removal & installation. Many thanks:)

I actually came here because of the way that Joe answered the phone over the other location that's much closer to me. I've worked in retail for 8 years so let me tell you that it really makes a difference going out of your way for something as small as what I came in for. Joe deserves recognition by his staff and management for being so enthusiastic about something as simple as a check engine light investigation.

This store helped alot yesterday they was patient and kind. Several other stores gave me wrong info on parts and online order recieved wrong parts...

Very helpful. They were friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They were able to get all of the parts in the store. They also looked up the amount of fluids that I was going to need for my vehicle so I won't have to make another trip to get anything else. Recommend this store for auto needs.

I cant remember the guy's name but he had long brown hair. Whatever his name he was a huge help. He greeted me when I came in (for a replacement tail light bulb) and quickly got me to the right section. So I got that and a ratchet and socket kit and forgot rubber gloves to protect from touching the bulbs. I could tell he was having a bad day but he said "hold on" and came back with a loose pair of rubber gloves and didnt charge me. That made my day because he didnt have to do that, and yet he did despite being in down mood.

This morning my car would not start. My battery died. I got a jump and went up to Autozone. I had the battery tested, it was bad. I bought a new battery and Travis came out to put the new battery in. He could not get the old battery out. The bolt that holds the battery in was stripped. I was going to have someone cut the bolt. Here is it Sunday and no shop is open. Travis tried to jump it and it wouldn't charge. So Casey came out and they tried to get the bolt out. They couldn't get it. So after Casey out off, he went home to get his drill. He came back and started back to work trying to get out the bolt. Travis and Andrea came out to help him. After a little time of drilling, they out the old battery out. Man......this guys especially Casey, worked their best and hardest to get that ONE BOLT out. I told them if I had enough money, I would give them a tip. They told me no. I really appreciate what they did for me, a single mom of two. This guys are the best. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I will continue to shop at this store. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!😀

Joe got me back on the road so I could be with my mom in the hospital in Cleveland. He has my deepest gratitude for his kindness and compassion when I needed it the most. He really went above and beyond . Thank you!

Only leaving a review because the manager Margarie*(sp) called me this morning saying she noticed I had a return yesterday for an incorrect halogen bulb. She called me to make sure everything was going OK and that I did end up leaving with the correct part.
Absolutely 100% manager skills right there. I'll always visit this auto zone if I this is how it goes for me.

I am a Auto Zone Customer!. The parking lot is huge and there were lots of vehicles parked in the lot. So, I was expecting a service delay when I entered to the store. But surprisingly it was really fast. I got my stuff and checked out really faster than I thought I would.

I personally want to acknowledge Joe for being such a great man of integrity and for possessing such an astounding level of professionalism. It was a pleasure to walk into an establishment as a woman and not feel targeted for easy money. Joe made my experience an absolute blessing. My car had been giving me hell. My radiator cap had broken off twice after replacement which caused my car to overheat and lose coolant by using the wrong caps. Joe did an in depth search by the vin to ensure I was getting the proper part. Other staff assisted the best they could, but joe saved the day!!!! He went above and beyond to rectify my problem with my car by locating the exact part I needed with no hassle, or frustration even while tending to the needs of other customers. He made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store and even offered helpful tips to ensure my safety while on the road with the condition of my car. It’s people like joe that gives me confidence as a woman to not only return, but to know that I’ll be treated equally and well informed when I leave. Thanks joe you’re a great asset to the zone 😉

Scott did my oil change today and not only was he an awesome guy to talk to when I was having a bad day but they really took great care of me. 10 outta 10 I recommend this place!!

You guys have some great people working here. Travis helped me one night, right before closing. I came in looking for a hard to find part. No parts stores carried it in my area. Travis spent a good amount of time researching my part on the internet. It was right before closing. I was not rushed out of the door because of this. We were unable to find the part, but the extra mile of service went a long way.

I came in the store with my 18 month old son to by some parts. I was trying to pay and had my hand full trying to get my debit card. Brandy ended up entertaining my son so I could pay and leave the store. She is always extremely helpful when I come into the store and very polite. She knows how to treat customers.

Rob and Margaree are helping me check out right now and the POS system crashed. They called the support line and got me in my way fast.

This is my go to store. O'reilly is closer to me, but I always go here because I get treated right. Everyone here is great, but the people mentioned above are outstanding people and deserve to be recognized
