You cannot go wrong buying a gift for your significant other at this store. My wife never complains when I bring home a couple bath bombs or a bubble bar for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or anniversaries. They have tons of other products including lotions, soaps, and other scented items. I really appreciate their hand wash station when I bought the item for my wife that was covered in glitter. Staff is always very friendly and available to help.

Oh how I love this store. All natural products for bath and body. The best bath bombs ever. The staff at this location was friendly and helpful. This time I got the black rose bath bomb, the avocado bath bomb, and the coconut co-wash shampoo bar.

It was my first visit and I felt welcomed, stuff was great, rightfrom the door. They helped me with my decisions and I left with awesome, good smelly stuff 👌❤

DID NOT give the "Lush Experience" I expected.
Walked in three or four employees standing together talking, no one approached me, the few people I talked with didn't attempt to build rapport or suggest like products.
At the counter when I went to exchange my pots for fresh masks I was given this run around because my pots weren't 'clean enough to eat off of' I understand that it's California and not the employee who was really kind.
Sadly no one gave me their name, so no shout outs.

All in all, I won't be making the stop at this Lush when I make the annual trip to my parents. I don't recommend this location because the vibe I got was unknowledgeable. I mean one of the employees I talked to briefly told me since I liked the way a product smelled I should get it.... what if I was allergic to an ingredient?
Poor customer service, based on this Lush location training seems to be lacking.

This location was absolutely amazing. I went in with my wild 2 year old daughter on Monday and the staff were incredible paitent and even attentive to her showing her products and indulging her when she asked them to smell what she was holding. Abey and Treim are absolute gems at this store and we're so so sweet. Truly amazing. Highly recommend the products but the staff here are what make lush a true ✨experience✨ to remember.

Absolutely LOVE visiting this store! It's like a dream come true to find so many products for so many different needs and tastes! I went into this place inside the mall just looking for a lip scrub (which by the way tastes and smells so good) I came out with a sample of this bar shampoo, I believe it was the Honey I Washed my Hair Shampoo Bar. Let me tell you, this worked wonders for my hair and SCALP! I’m always looking for a shampoo that’s not going to give me a rash, dehydrate my hair, and this really helped me out. I have sensitive skin and just all around sensitivity all over my body, when I tell you my curls came in strong I’m not exaggerating and so much hydration. Anyone who comes up on this store in the mall, just look and give it a try. I definitely recommend, I love this place.

Tree was so awesome and super helpful! I have no idea what to get my wife for her birthday and Tree helped me create a few knot wrap gifts for her. She was really great when it came to building the gifts! My opinion about this store has changed and I'm so grateful.

Found my new favorite place in the mall for my bodies extra cleansing materials that some people would say is not needed but hey I love my body. Also I just have to say the staff here is truly a great one and I look forward to seeing and meeting the rest of them.

Sam was awesome! He walked me through most of the products to help me find a smell I liked. Which I really appreciate! I had a medical issue for a few years that caused anosmia. He helped me pick out a reusable bubble bath and an oil bar. I will be back soon to get more. :D

Cheyene AMAZING great customer service very personable, knowledgeable, respectful. definitely valued what I was looking for but didn’t hesitate to offer up different options asked me all the right questions about my skin and what type of smells are my favorite. Overall she has provided me with the best experience that I’ve had at lush I will be returning because of her.

Christa/Krista was very helpful on the evening of Tuesday June 14th - so helpful that I went into a delightful fugue state and spent an excessive amount of money on a sibling's significant other. We also had a lengthy discussion about Bob's Burgers and squishmallows, which if nothing else is a unique customer service experience. Store was also quiet and clean and smelled lovely, hopefully I'll be back soon.

Going to this store is a discovery of new and unusual products. The assistant was very helpful, pointing out different items based on my preferences and encouraging me to test them out right there. I go in for the bar shampoo which is great for traveling. It comes in several, natural and fresh scents. Now there are bar conditioners and hand lotions too.

The scents are definitely better than BB&B. I'm a huge fan of the 'Lust' perfume. It smells like paper-whites and jonquils. The salesclerks are nicer and more knowledgeable than other 'mall shops'. Great customer service!

Went in with my kids for the first time and we all really loved it. The staff was super friendly and let my kids dunk in a bath bomb and answered their questions. We enjoyed smelling everything and there was a wide variety of products. Great place to shop, I love the environment and decor.

This store always has the best employees working! Always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable! These guys aren't just here for the quick sale, they don't want to lead you wrong, they want you to look and feel good, so if that means taking you through several products to try and explore, that's what they're willing to do! They aren't about selling you everything in the store, and I adore that non-pressured experience!

Lots of fun items in packaging for the young at heart! Your gifts can be wrapped making it a lot easier for you. Colorful and natural ingredients for that special gal. Lush is sought after by young and teen patrons. Bath bombs, lotions and more, with suggestions from a friendly staff. You'll be a hit if you shop here.

I love lush. Their products are wonderful and all the causes they support are 10/10. I'd rather visit a different store or just order my things online because it's very small.

They renovated and the store is HUGE now. Customer service is always lovely. Wish they had fragrece-free products for sensitive skin

Everytime I shop in store (which has been twice since covid-19) I try to have my list with me and sample the things I'm unsure, buy what I need, or order something to be shipped to my house without the shipping fee, I'm always greeted kindly by the wonderful workers who stop to help with whatever questions i have. One worker in particular (Honor) really helps me every single time I am trying to shop quickly and be out due to covid. I only go in store if I have to smell a product I am thinking of getting the full size or if I have to order something online and Honor is always so helpful and knowledgeable! Please Lush recognize the wonderful workers you have at your stores, they are complete assets to your company! 💜

Also please return to where you are able to have any item shipped from the stores and not just the items that they sell in the stores! Shipping for $6 for an item that's $10.95 is just too expensive!
