I had to install a faucet. A competitor wanted $22.00 for a faucet wrench. I bought a faucet wrench here for $5.99. enough said.

The best place for hardware and power tools. Great value. The quality of the tools is very good.

Nice people and good prices. Got a nice bench with 20 percent off. Easy to put together but watch out for the drawers. It is a touch wonky on the fit.

Chinese made stuff at the right price.
Most things I have bought here are as good as HD , and sometimes a better product for way less money. It's a great place to wander around in so you know what they have when you need it.

Very clean organized and bright store with a lot of inventory. Quality of the tools looks very good these days. Bought a nice Pittsburgh air compressor and tire plug kit.

Great place. I had to stop going to the one in Margate because of the poor service and long lines. Went to this location today and was very impressed. Clean and everyone was very helpful. Had a little issue with a cashier trying to con me into their $30 club membership. The manager who helped me to my car with my new tool cabinet must have noticed and asked me what the issue was. I told him and he apologized and said he would discuss it immediately with the employee. His proactiveness and accountability preserved this 5 star rating.

Fantastic customer service from the young lady(I forgot to ask for her name) working the cash register at approximately 9am this morning. An employee who actually goes beyond is hard to come by these days. Thanks for the watchmaker hammer set.

I bought a power washer and it stopped working right at the 90 day warranty so my wife called the light house point location and speaks with Brian ( now im gonna say this guy was super nice and very patient) he looks up or info and tells it's too come on up and swap the old one out, no problem. Great customer care by Brian and a super clean location to match. Very well run store.

Seemed to be understaffed, but the 2 guys there were extremely helpful. Went out of their way to say welcome and to see if I needed help to find anything. I asked if 20% coupons were available, they said if it's not in your email, 3rd party websites usually post coupon codes and work and Harbor Freight website is impossible to find the coupons. Very kind personable employees, they deserve get a raise.
