Aaron and Brittany this morning helped me and saved me money. Aaron was caring enough to see a problem I had with windshield wipers. He showed me a broken part helped me replace them for only a few dollar versus $60 full replacement. Thank you Aaron for your help and care. This location is a great place to shop at.

The staff here seem to be more knowledgeable than other auto parts stores I've been to recently

Let me just start by saying if you are looking for friendly service and going above and beyond then I highly suggest this particular store Eric Danielle and Aaron were all very helpful and actually cared about my car getting fixed I was stuck in the parking lot convenient for sure but not really what I wanted however they were very friendly and understanding everything I needed they quickly got I’m very thankful if I ever break down again I hope it’s there not that I want to break down but the experience was not so bad with the help from the associates

The assistance that a few of their clerks have given us has been priceless! We only know basic mechanics, buy these two gentlemen went out of their way to thoroughly explain what parts we needed, how they worked, and how to install them on our truck.

We were doing a brake line repair and didn't know a few of the smaller items we needed, and these gentlemen always made sure we fully understood the repair and how it was done before letting us leaves the store. One older gentlemen even invited my husband to the back room on several occasions to show him how the parts were picked and the tools used to choose them. He would use spare, identical parts and tools to show us hands on exactly how the repair should go and what we had to do.

It worked!! My brakes work wonderfully and we owe it all to Advanced Auto Parts and their knowledgeable employees. A huge thank you to these men, and the excellent service they provided!

The people at Advanced Auto Parts are always helpful and thank goodness they are not patronizing to me as an older woman. They have been replacing my wiper blades for years now, since I nearly sliced myself to the bone trying to do it myself. I appreciate that little free service. I also appreciate that the store is a manageable size - bigger is not always better. Will return again and again.

Great store! Helpful employees! And over the top accommodations! They Let us borrow a tool so we didnt have to purchase a whole pack for the 1 took we needed! Saved us 22 dollars! Definitely recommend this store

The staff is very accommodating! They didn't have the part I needed, but got it from their warehouse very quickly!! Was greeted when I arrived and was assisted quickly. Very helpful!!

This location is excellent! My wiper blades broke off and I was unable to get them fixed at a location when I was leaving Maryland. Upon driving, it began to rain unexpectedly so I stopped at the this location to get a replacement. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the two individuals (one Caucasian male and one Caucasian female) who were working in the store that evening of July 8th, 2019 , but they were were both FANTASTIC and went the extra mile to ensure that my problem was solved; even as the store was closing. I had forgotten my wallet and they were patient with me while I had a relative bring me my credentials. During this time, they discovered that that because I made my initial purchase online, they could look it up in their company's database and utilize my driver's license number (which I thankfully memorized years ago :D ) to validate my purchase. Afterwards, they exchanged the products as defective and even went to properly secure them on my vehicle. This is the type of service that I wasn't expecting, but it will make me a repeat customer; they should certainly be acknowledged. Thank you!!!

Broke down on our way home from a day trip and they were so helpful and nice. Had everything we needed in stock and loaned us tools to fix the issue. Highly recommend.

I find most advanced auto stores are about the same. They supply me with the parts I need. I dont typically go in asking questions. Pro tip, they typically have % off codes online. Place an online order and pick up in store to get a discount on stuff you'd normally walk in and purchase in person.

The Advance at 555 High St, Mount Holly - Young blonde hair guy named Chris is awesome! That guy actually knows his stuff and their inventory! He also seems to actually care about getting the right parts to resolve your problem.

Got brakes and rotors (platinum) for front and rear of 2015 Camry xle. No problem replacement. Feels and sounds better than new. Definitely recommend!
