I had a leak in the wall of my closet and they were able to send somebody out the very next day. Robert, and his assistant Logan, arrived and in no time Robert was able to locate the leak in the wall. He only had to remove a small piece of wallboard and was able to fix it.
The two of them were so polite and so patient with me. They answered my questions and gave me advice about my old plumbing for the future.
The ladies in the office were awesome as well! Great customer service all around, at a great price!

Called yesterday at 3:38 expecting next day service due to them closing at 4pm. I was put on a brief hold and they came back and said they could send someone now! I was surprised and excited They could come. The crew came out and fixed my clogged pipes. Highly recommend, very professional and efficient!

Truly the best and most responsive plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Sunday March 3, I discovered a leaking pipe somewhere in our bathroom area. No water showing but we could hear it. I called another local well known plumber first thing Monday morning and they told me they were booked through mid April! April? are you kidding me? I began researching other local plumbers and discovered Tom Wall Plumbing. I called and spoke with Jennifer and she was fantastic. She told me there were a few jobs ahead of me but they would do their very best to get to me that day.

By 11:30 AM, I received a call from Allen who told me he would definitely get to me today. He came out and looked everywhere but we could just not find the leak. He promised me they would be out again first thing the next morning with advanced equipment to locate the leak. Allen was there again first thing the next morning and after further examination, he was finally able to locate the leak. Unfortunately for us it was under the slab. A short time later, Tom, the Foreman stopped by and we discussed the needed repairs. He quoted me what I thought was a very fair and reasonable price and I agreed. He told me they could complete the job starting first thing Thursday morning and they arrived as scheduled.

Allen arrived Thursday with an assistant ( I did not get his name) and they both worked diligently and carefully digging into the foundation and locating the leak. By 3:00 PM, the leak was fixed and we were up and running. Everyone I spoke with and who worked on my home were very professional, honest and hard working. They all went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and the work was done right. Thank you all.

Moral of the story, Tom Wall Plumbing has a new customer for life. I have been, and will tell all my friends, family and co-workers if they ever need a plumber, Tom Wall should be their first and only call.

A pipe had separated in the toilet waste line and an unimaginable mess resulted under the house. I called and the response was that they would come out the next day to look at it. Late the same afternoon I was called back by Tom Wall and informed that he could be on site within an hour, not the next day. In less than an hour he had fixed the problem and for a very reasonable cost. When I need a plumber in the future there is no doubt about who I will call. Highly recommended!!

I cant say how much that we appreciate the quick affordable service they provided for me when we had a plumbing problem that was over my skill set.

Good service was the only ones that do inspection on the septic

Called to get our septic pumped and they were able to come out the next day. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again.

Every company in palatka and surrounding areas told us a 3 week wait. Called 4 other places in Putnam,all said 3 or 4 weeks until they could.i called Tom wall plumbing on thursday,Larry was so cool,he sent a truck to me way out in west Putnam,Hawthorne area,on Friday,the next damn day.chris came in,conquered the job in an hour or so and was done.when I needed emergency help,they came quick,thank you so much Tom and all the office girls,Larry,Chris,you guys rock.i will tell everybody I know,or who asks for a plumber again,Brian

Our rental property had sewer backing up after too many rainy days and we needed it pumped out ASAP. Mr. Wall was prompt and professional and had it done the same day. He charged us cheaper than others too. Thank you.

We had just moved into our home in Palatka and we were hit with an overwhelming odor of sewer gas. As it was the weekend, we tried running water in all lines to make sure that we didn't have dried p-traps. On Monday we called Tom Wall plumbing. They came out within an hour and found cracked and decaying cast iron pipes in the crawlspace. The next day they replaced the rotten piping and the day after came back to make sure everything was fine and to lay down lime to take care of left over fumes.
These folks are great.
