A tire gave up on me halfway between NH and NC in the middle of the night. The dispatcher was very patient with me as the driver was occupied for a bit and I was stuck on 95 with two dogs and terrified so I called back a few times. The driver made it out to me within the hour, was super helpful worked hard to get my tire off and my donut on. He gave me directions to a 24 hour tire place and led me to a gas station where I could more easily follow the directions and kept me off of the interstate with the donut on the car. It was cold and I was completely unhelpful but the dispatcher and Nick were both wonderful. Made a bad situation more tolerable.

The Team at Chesapeake Service Center got me in and out. Scheduled An inspection for my truck, Dropped it off at 8am and was done at noon. Very Fast And Professional Service

If I could give more stars I would. Fast and great service. Broke down at Chesapeake House travel plaza. After waiting almost 6 hours for 3 different tow services that eventually cancelled, got in contact with them. Not only were they there in less than 30 minutes, Lisa went above and beyond her job. She found us a hotel nearby, had the tow driver drop off at hotel and picked up the next morning when car was fixed. I'm just upset I didn't get the driver's name. Definitely recommend

Very fast inspection and honest work. Another shop had told me my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced immediately. Chesapeake Service Center said they were fine and I had plenty of wear left. They could have charged me to replace them since I was already expecting it and had told them so prior to the inspection. They will be keeping us as customers.

Amazing business. Personable. Reasonably priced. Fast. The tow truck driver was personable and fast. The woman who runs the shop was very communicative and nice. My car broke down on the side of I 95 while I was driving my 2 kids and I was far from home. They picked me up within 30 minutes and took me and my car to the shop. There they fixed my car in under an hour. I waited with my kids in the clean and friendly waiting room. And the cost was very reasonable. I was powerless and feared being taken advantage of in this situation but was instead treated with great kindness, understanding and my car is fixed.

First Class Service. We were towing a trailer back to Connecticut for work when the wheel bearing went. Late at night on a weekend, but we got fast courteous service. They towed it in and gave me two new wheel bearings by mid afternoon the next day. The best part was the price. They could have charged us anything they wanted. The tow and wheel bearing were just over $400.00. and we were back in business. Very reasonable.

They were very quick at getting a tow truck to me after an accident. The driver was very patient waiting for me when he didn't have to. This was my 3rd experience with them and all 3 were pleasant, considering I was getting a vehicle towed each time.

Chesapeake Service Center did our travel trailers inspection and replaced its tires. They were awesome to work with, fast service and so friendly! The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable! My wife picked up the trailer and felt safe pulling out of there with our two little girls in the truck knowing they had completely gone over everything. We will absolutely be back!

SAVED the DAY !! Installed a new battery in a machine, with little notice they came to Local auction and saved a driver trying to load a machine that had dead/ bad battery. ( ** 5 Star in my contacts for sure. )

Stranded on the side of the highway in the August heat. I called the nearest towing place to get my inoperable car to a place that could fix it.

Fortunately, it was Chesapeake Service Center LLC. Easy, Fast, Efficient, and I learned a lot about Steve on the ride to the repair shop.

It's a awesome business. I'm a owner operator of a 18 wheeler. I needed a tow. They were friendly, courteous and quick. They really went out of their way to let me use a daycab for a local delivery while my truck was in the shop.

I had the unfortunate way of meeting this business as my daughter was in an accident and they towed my jeep... I have to say they were super nice and helpful easy to deal with. It's hard to find nice people in the towing business. This people are nice . I would recommend them anytime . Thanks for the service .

We were traveling from DC to upstate NY. Low tire pressure light comes on. Although not one tire is flat -- we did not want to continue driving until it was checked out. Chesapeake Service Center was recommended to us. We drove on over and Karie greeted us kindly and professionally. Our tires were inspected quickly -- no issues -- NO CHARGE -- we went on our way and made it home in good time. We were grateful for the peace of mind -- and by the way, they have a very cool waiting room. xoxo

Love these guys! Honest and fair. The only mechanic shop I've ever been comfortable with and able to fully trust. Bonus, nobody treats me like I don't know what I'm talking about just because I'm female. You won't regret using them. (They were suggested by tirerack and I've been using them ever since!)
