Old dining room color scheme super cool, good normal taco bell, nice employees.

This place was as busy as it could be. There were 4 employees and a manager working the window and they kept the food going. They were dealing with drive thru, walk in, and pick ups, and they did not miss a beat. Everyone was top-notch. I highly recommend this Taco Bell. Just be patient. It is worth the stop.

I originally dined in at the newer location in Newark. The food was good and the inside was nice but I was disappointed that by the time we paid for our food and it was ready to eat we were given our cups to fill at the same time. At that point we learned they were out of Baja blast completely, which is one of the main reasons we love Taco Bell. I asked an employee and they said they wouldn’t have any until the truck came tonight. So they new beforehand and if we had ordered with a human instead of a computer we would’ve known on the spot and picked the Elkton location to begin with. I was disappointed and thought to call Elkton since it’s on the way home anyway. I spoke to a women named Ashley who said to come on by and she made sure we got our Baja! She was awesome!! Amazing customer service, and so friendly. I will choose Elkton every time knowing I get to order from a person and knowing they have great service.

Kudos to Ashley....Beef Burritos had plenty of meat....thank God it definitely cost more than enough $1.79each/3 for$5.37 then $3Extra for meat instead of beans....so $8.37 for 3 Beef Burritos [which consists of beef,onions, a little cheese & red sauce] [ Rip of Central ] I got to say previous weve had some problems here with just getting all the food that we ordered!!! So Thank you Ashley for the fabulous Tacos, Burritos & Chicken Challuppas which had just the right amounts of everything on each....
I have to give credit whet credit is due!!
By the way they took the Beef Burrito off of the menu so this is the way you have to order this....you order a bean burrito minus the beans & 2 parts beef & just to make sure their on the right page as you...you need to make sure that it comes with cheese, onions & red sauce..... such a pain to order....why did they ever take it off the menu I'll never know.....the only thing is...is that they are freakin delicious...judge for yourself!! ENJOY
If you don't order it like this you're prone to get the wrong Burrito...just thought I'd warn yall...

Ashley should get a raise...........she's gonna keep customers coming back.. not the people who were barely putting any meat in the tacos let alone much else.

We went by Taco Bell Sunday afternoon. My son got three crunchy tacos 🌮. I got three soft tacos. He added the Diablo sauce because he likes spicy food. They were very tasty and we were satisfied. I wish they offered coke products as well as Pepsi, but I guess you can't have everything 🤷‍♀

The staff here is friendly. The food always meets or exceeds my expectations for my guilty pleasure of Taco Bell. Only gripe is when you get delivery there usually isn’t sauce even if you added it to your order.

Staff was so polite and work well under stress! I’d placed a mobile order so I didn’t know until I got there that they were short staffed and out of items needed for my order. The girl working drive thru was so professional and polite, helped me figure out substitutions for my order. The food was great and worth the wait. Kudos to them, it must be so stressful to work a lunch rush without everyone or everything they need. They did a great job!

They always get our order right but they normally don't have freezes available when we get there but it's cool, overall one of the best taco Bells I frequent as a student

So busy at night that I couldn't get food. It was at least an hour wait. I don't know if it was because there was only one person or what but they could have used more help.

Edit 10/7/2022: Things have improved a ton here at this taco bell. They do get sufficiently busy though.

Been a while but this is the BEST TACO BELL EVER. All around 5 STAR LEVEL.

We use this location the majority of the time, always friendly and professional, very attentive staff which is something most people aren't used to at a fast food restaurant anymore!

Taco bell is always been my favorite fast food place. However, I had stopped going cause I was unsure if they were gonna be open. When I did go my order was always wrong. I get all the way home and I would be missing a item or two.
Untill latley NOW the Elkton location is open every time I drive in. Also, ELKTON TACO BELL has gotten a few new employees now that really make a difference. I got great service from a couple of ladies Shannon and Stacy that work there and my order is always on point now. Foods hot and just the way I ordered it so I will be returning much more frequently. So thank you to Stacy and Shannon. I Will be back soon .

Food's always fresh and the staff is great. Despite being under staffed, like every other business, they get you through the line as quickly as possible with courtesy & a smile. I give them all 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

Ashley is a SAVAGE!! Taking orders, doing register, window, and making drinks all at once is crazy but she kept the line going smooth

I've only been there two times and that has been for lunch, and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.

I've been a Taco Bell customer since the 80s and the Mexican pizza has always been my favorite. I also like getting the chips and cheese, then stirring in a couple hot sauce packets into the cheese. The prices are kinda high, for the amount of food you get. So we usually wait until we have a coupon to use.

Great overall experience. Excellent customer service and a light friendly atmosphere. Had a loaded potato griller and loaded nacho griller along with some cinnabon delights and it was all fresh and delicious! The cashier Hailey was a delightfully kind person who made the experience that much better. If you're looking for a quick stop for fresh food this is your best bet!

It's a treat for us to go to Taco Bell and this location is great. Order is always right and they are fast. Totally worth the drive.

They got our order right, they were super friendly and fast, and the establishment was clean! Ashley was awesome there at the register.

When i was 7 and i went here last..the food was horrible and the people were ignorant as hell..however today is the first time in 12 years that i decided to come back and it was ASTOUNDING! Manager was beyond amazing (major understatement) food was txt book perfect defintally a place i will surely come back to! It was a mind blowing improvement
