This is by far the best mechanic in the area. An old fashioned honest place, that will actually take the time to diagnose and fix your car's problems. I am mechanical by nature and I am super picky about who I let touch my vehicles. 99% of places I won't even allow to look at my vehicle. Shamrock is who I trust. It's worth a try. Also prices are very reasonable. Nobody is gonna stick it to you about the money.

Bob is the best mechanic I ever have had. It's very reasonable on pricing. Doesn't over charge. Only fixes thing that need done. What I like about him is he is the doing the work and it's his shop. It's not a franchise or corporate mechanic shops.

Shamrock is the ONLY shop I take my vehicles to get work done. I've never had a vehicle go back for the same problem. Mr. Shamrock is a very good and honest auto tech. I just recently took my truck there dropped it off a day early and he looked at it that same day and called me with in 2 hrs and found the problem and I was back in my truck the next day. Shamrock Auto is my go-to and only trusted mechanic shop. Bob Shamrock is a straight-shooter, doesn't embellish. Doesn't try to drum orninvent business. Quality service gets quality repeat customers. Wife came from a mechanics family so we HAD to get this pick right; lucky for me we did!

The owner Bob is an outstanding mechanic ... trained and up to date with yearly workshops and further training. We have been using Bob as our mechanic for over 25 years. He has worked on all our cars ... old and brand new ... American and Foreign. He stays current and is like Sherlock Holmes... always solves the case. Additionally he is honest, fair and exceptionally dependable. It’s great to have a mechanic who is honest and knowledgeable.

I am a new customer to this mechanic, but I must say I was very impressed! I was able to get my inspection done very quickly and I was able to get it done on the same day that I made the appointment. There was an issue with one of my rear calipers that caused me to fail, however The owner showed me exactly what the problem was on my car and explained it in layman's terms. The repair costs were reasonable and fair based on online price estimates for parts. I have noticed a great improvement to my car's performance after this repair. I will very likely be back for other car needs!

Always a go to place when there is an issue with either one of my vehicles. They are reasonably priced and always quickly to provide any updates. Never had any issues, and they do great work. Bob Shamrock has been taking care of my pick-up and SUV for many years. He is Good at what he Does. Very Honest, which is hard to find at an automotive repair shop. He could have taken advantage of me several times but in the end has saved me thousands of dollars as compared to other repair shops. Shamrock Automotive is the only shop that we use in our family. I trust Bob Shamrock with not only my own vehicles, but with those of my children as well. Several times I’ve taken a vehicle in and said “I think it needs X, Y, and Z repaired”, and when later picking the vehicle up he says “Nope, just needed X. You don’t need to spend money on Y or Z for another 6 months. Bring it back then.” It’s an old school shop run by an honest and skilled mechanic - he won’t pass a vehicle for MD inspection if something is wrong, and he won’t suggest that you fix something that really doesn’t need fixing. This is the kind of shop your parents/grandparents sought out and used, and I highly recommend Shamrock Automotive for all of your service needs. Schedule ahead and drop off/pick up for best convenience.

They were honest and upfront with all details. I am definately using them for all my needs.

I hit a pot hole that caused my tire to blow out and bent my rim. I got all new tires put on and they even got the dent out of my rim, it looks like it never happened. Customer service was so helpful and the mexhanics were awesome guys. I’m definately using them for any of my cars needs from now on
