I highly recommend Doors of Pontiac. David came out and did my estimate he was very through and personable. After a few quotes and a recommendation from a competitor, we ordered my new patio door.

Randy & Billy came out for the install and they were amazing to work with. My door and the house was complex with hurricane shutters. Randy's knowledge and expertise was mind blowing. They both exhibited a great amount of attention to detail and definitely were fun to work with.

I would have this company back out in a heartbeat for any windows or doors that need to be replaced in a heartbeat.

My daughter was moving back to MSU and all items needed to be taken through the garage to load into our truck. Not being able to open the garage door was a huge problem, would have made moving double the work.
I immediately called Pontiac Door. Drew answered the call (after hours), was polite/courteous, 25 minutes later he arrived, made the repairs and the door was back in operation.

I used Doors of Pontiac for the first time today to repair my garage door. I received a text prior to arrival, Keaton arrived during the window of time the receptionist promised and provided OUTSTANDING service. Keaton was professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. He explained everything he was going to do and when the work was completed he again explained what he did. I highly recommend this company as well as Keaton and will definitely use them again.

We are SOOOOO happy that we went with a local company that has been around for a long time and especially Doors of Pontiac!! Michelle made it so easy to pick the right door, color and glass options for our home! There was plenty of options to choose from. Randy and Billy did a fantastic job, going above and beyond, when they had to do a little more work to shore up the base plate where the door would sit. Even when this meant shaving some off of the top frame of the door opening so everything would fit. And it fit beautifully!! We are super happy with how everything turned out!! A technician was sent the same day I called for service. Keaton not only fixed the immediate problem with the doors but pointed how our old rollers, some even cracked , needed replaced, thus avoiding another issue in the future. I’m very pleased with the service tech!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. We have been trying to get storm doors that fit since we moved in last December. The brick molding was improperly put in leaving us with an odd size. The owner personally came out, measured and said they could make it happen. On the day of the installation Randy from Doors of Pontiac came out, he was personable, professional and more importantly, knew exactly what needed to be done. The doors are top of the line, sturdy and extremely well made. I would recommend Doors of Pontiac to anyone.

My experience with Doors of Pontiac was stellar! On the first visit (of two), Tech Andy arrived promptly to assess damage to my garage door. In no time, he explained clearly what needed to be done; made the repair; and reinforced the door's framework from the inside out. I also purchased a much needed backup garage door opener for a good price in the same visit. Kudos to Andy for his proficiency and professionalism! In setting up this visit, kudos also to Office rep, Yvette, whose caring, courtesy, and professionalism in taking down my concerns over the phone was palpable and made me look forward and relieved to seeing Andy show up at my door! For visit two, Office rep Staci Q was very effective in listening to my concerns and forwarding pics to Tech Bob prior to his arrival; to give him a solid "heads-up". While a door replacement seemed imminent, Bob demonstrated master craftsman skills and repaired the door and door locks to work as good as new! And for a price you can't beat! This company is the one to call when you need help with garage doors or ANY other doors in my opinion! Keep up the good work!

Doors of Pontiac staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prompt service. Justin was out today to repair and adjust our garage door that Pontiac Doors installed for us in 2012. He was on time, professional and gave me excellent tips on maintaining the door. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely professional, efficient and easy to work with. Painless process of replacing our garage doors. Unlike so many others in home contracting businesses, they were extremely honest, suggesting that we keep the newer of the two door opening mechanisms for the secondary garage door, rather than purchase two new units. Saved us a significant amount of money that we were prepared to spend. We wish all our vendors were we professional.
