Been to a bunch of different Taco Bell’s all over Michigan, this one by far has some of the best and freshest food out of all of them I’ve ate at it seems, also the staff there is extremely nice. John was my cashier super polite and respectful. Will definitely be coming back.

Always a solid go to when you want something fast and delicious. My daughter loves the doritos locos tacos, I'm a burrito supreme guy. Either way, not an every day or every week think, but worth it and our top choice for fast food.

Claudia was so sweet and professional in the drive-thru. Food was exactly correct and perfect, and quick! Totally satisfied the craving. Good job yall, keep up the good work! Glad I found a good Taco Bell in the area!

This location has improved significantly over the last 2 months. I have been going here for years and about weekly the last 2 years. I go I to the restaurant to pick up my order because it used to be wrong a lot so I wanted to go though it myself before I left.

I still go in each time, but the order is actually usually correct. I use the app to order and the current Saturday crew stays on top of all orders and gets mine ready usually on time now. They also work hard and are friendly. When there is a problem with any part of my order, they proactively fix it and now apologize if they are slow for any reason which makes my experience much more pleasant. The restaurant and work area are swept more often now. They aim more to delight the custom now.

Brandis is great at customer service and fixes any issue proactively and with a professional and friendly attitude. She’s the first employee to remember my name as it is on my app order each week. She also greets everyone who comes in.

11/09/23, 8:30pm. I have had issues with incorrect orders and very long wait times here before but thought was perfect. My order was correct, it was actually made like it looks on the menu, the employees were friendly and professional. The drive thru line moved quickly. Thanks for a good dinner!

More expensive than it should be but when I need something quick to eat it's better than my other options

Sometimes I stop here for food after work for dinner. Always consistently well made food, hot and delicious and service is efficient. The workers are friendly and focused. The cost is reasonable and the food is filling.

There is now a bearded man often working drive thru that never fails to provide us excellent service. Last time we went, we ordered a sausage patty on the side for our dog in the car. While we waited for our food, he sang “Hungry Eyes” by Eric Carmen to her! Her tail was wagging for the rest of the ride home. He is easily the kindest (and silliest) fast food worker I have ever met. I just wish I knew his name so I could wish him a taco-tastic day in this review! Oh, and the hash browns were fresh out the fryer, and delicious too.

Over the past several years this location has gone from the one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever been to, to one of the best. They were notoriously slow and the food was always wrong for years. Now I order on the app 5-7 minutes ahead and my food is almost always waiting for me on the counter and I can't remember the last time it was wrong. Plus the staff is super friendly. They get busy around dinner sometimes and you have to wait a bit, but it's not for lack of hustle by the staff. Whoever turned this place around, Bravo!

They had run out of eggs when I stopped in the morning said they would have them in about 40 minutes if I came back, I came back and they had it. Was very grateful for the way Matthew G handled everything and treated me like an actual person. My son was very happy to have his sausage quesadilla this morning. Thanks again!

Matty G's communication skill on a drive through speaker using 1986 technology is absolutely amazing, 10/10. Both me and my friend who I was in the drive though with felt blessed we didn't have our wives with us because we may have lost them that afternoon to Matts Smooth voice and intoxicating moves. If We were in an active shooter situation, I would Throw Matt to the ground and cover him to save his life. I would consider that a favor for the Taco Bell enjoying community.

Lets get on to the food, the order was as correct as you could get. I don't know who was working in back that day making the marvelous concoction but they need a pat on the butt and be told good game. Maybe they love their job or maybe they just saw 2 husky dudes in an F150 and decided these 2 fine gentleman know exquisite dining and hooked it up. We asked for extra sauce and were provided with just that, an amount that would have allowed me to pour the bag out on a bed like it was money and roll in it.

After we received our food we parked in the car dealer next door to enjoy it. We made comments such as, this chalupa is fantastic, the food is really fresh and wow the quality of the cars on the front row is embarrassing, seriously a rusty 2011 Buick Lucerne on the front line?? What are you thinking?

To the people who leave 1 star reviews for fast food restaurants, why? What are you trying to warn people about? let it go? stop being a professional victim. Everyone has a bad experience time to time, but if you have a bad experience every time, its probably you. If civilization were to collapse you would be the first to go. There is no possible away anyone who ever says the burrito at TB wasn't as good as it could be would ever be able to catch one in the wild. You will either be used as food or currency, Grow up!

Stopped by to grab breakfast and was pleased the steak quesadilla is back! Also, Tera was the drive through attendant and was kind and friendly. No wait and excellent customer service. I maybe stopping for breakfast more often!

Fantastic crew today 6-15 around 2:00PM. Never had a bad experience at this location, but the gentleman went above and beyond today.

We always have a good experience when we go but, today was excellent! There was an oops on my part when ordering. When I asked if we could change it after we received our order MARGARET changed it right away and was so sweet about it!

Stopped for quick bite, ozone taco Supreme and a mango tea. It was running low on syrup and was too watered down. Mentioned it was watery to Besse and 2 minutes later I had a mango tea. Thank you for the great customer service!

Wowza!! By far the best Taco Bell experience I've had in quite awhile! Food was super hot and well made. Only bad thing I can say is I asked for no tomatoes and got them anyway.

Fast and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Only con was the changed to paper containers for the side of cheese. So if you don't eat it right away it gets soggy.

It was busy at 10 pm on a Tuesday & I think there were only 1 or 2 people working. The line went fast & the food was good & accurate. I was very surprised. The gentleman working the drive through was very nice & had his stuff together. Good job!

The current staff performs at an all time high. The service and meal is unmatched every time. This store is a new gold standard.
