This store understands the value of service. I needed to exchange a battery and 2 stores denied me from the exchange even with a receipt. One even said I need to drive back to the original store that was 45 minutes away. Thank You Michael for understanding and willing to help God Bless you all!

Excellent experience.

Had an issue with the car failing to start. Figured it was the battery or alternator. The staff tested the battery for free and determined it was dead. Bought a new one right there, and they even provided me the tools to install it myself right on site.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I went in another advance auto on Tara blvd and they were no help! I called this store and it took Will 1 minute to do a return and didn’t give me a hard time about it. I really appreciate your help and any further car problems I will look no further than for Will at this store. Thank you again !

The mgr was very helpful, using his device he was able to diagnose the problem that I was having with my truck. Then he offered more assistance by trying to help with my oil light.

I needed several items to get my truck up and running. David G. took care of me just like family. Even took ALL my stuff outside and put my windshield wiper blades on too. Great people like this who don't have to make such a difference in today's society. I trust these people and I give them all my business. Thanks David for such great service.

Excellent customer service. Moon roof got stuck and we thought the bolt for the manual close might be stripped. Mike and David went above and beyond to help us find the correct tool - a T30 hex wrench - before the rain came!

Michael helped me find the best windshield wipers for my truck. He was kind, spoke positivity and very professional! He even put them on for me in the rain! Thank you Sir!

After three weeks of getting the runaround between my starter and battery FINALLY Mahendra and his awesome customer service was able to assist me and ease the back and forth stress. We are so quick to complain and give bad reviews let's put that same energy into those who actually take their time out and do their job with amazing service kudos.

Theses guy are great to do business with. I have gotten part with David for my trucks he is always super friendly and has a smile on his face . I am so happy this is store is so close to my home because the store is clean and there are not ppl hanging around parking lot like most stores. I started off with Mehandra who gave me detail info on a part and his suggestion on cables , He was also just really professional also Trying to work with my battery. Which had to Escalade to manager. The staff and management was right on task I dealt with Kenyia on the issue yesterday and she handled it like a pro. I watch all them work together , and have been dealing with them for years and I see why the store runs smooth . They make sure I get the right parts and if I ever have a problem they take care of the problem quickly. I have never had a concern with them like some of their competitors. I hate to sound like a commercial for them but it’s true. Advance has been provided me with exceptional service, excellent service.

This is my new go-to auto shop. My battery died while i was on the highway! Mrs. Jackie was very knowledgeable, fast, and professional. She knows cars and turned a bad auto experience into sunshine. I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Highly recommend this location.
