Let’s start at the beginning. The administrative staff were always pleasant and friendly, smiling with each encounter. The nursing staff was very professional without being stuffy and always smiling. Kudos to Roxanne! She was the one who has to chase down my ever elusive veins to find one to support an IV catheter. Not only did she find one but when it was removed and I took off the small bandage, I couldn’t even tell where it had been! Everyone who had anything thing to do with me always explained everything to me. The procedure room staff was par excellence as well. Anesthesia was perfect! No pain or stinging because medication was pushed too fast. Just the sweet warm feeling as I drifted off to sleep. I’ve known Dr Finlaw for more than 2 decades. He still has the best techniques and bedside manner he did from his beginnings. On a 5 Star scale, I’d give them a 10!

Got me in a bed within minutes of my appointment time. Very pleasant professional staff. Gave me in depth detain of my tests and provided me with a copy of the doctor’s operative report before I left. Really a remarkably well choreographed outpatient surgical diagnostic experience.

I was notified promptly about my procedure. All details were explained , along with my share of the copay. Check in was online so I was able to procede quickly upon arrival. Medical team was courteous, helpful and informative.

Awesome staff and service completely professional with me.
The receptionist was having a hard time explaining to a customer why they didn't take the insurance they had due to the language differences.
Other than that it was definitely a 9.6 out of 10 experience.

I would recommend anyone to go there. I was the 1st procedure of the day I got in and out fast. The nurses were great and Dr Ching was very professional. After using a different GI doctor in the past this was a much better experience

Staff is very professional. They do their best to make you comfortable. I'm blessed to have Dr. Finlaw and his team as my gastro doctor. Extra kudos to nurse Ellen.

I have seen my share of facilities and doctors. Not a stranger to gastro docs either. Just had routine Colonosocpy and EGD. Facilities were nice, staff was great. However they r in the poop biz... ya think we could get get some.decend toilet paper in bathrooms. Probably save some money too since we wouldn't have to use 1/2 roll to wipe lol

Awesome Dr. Mark Awantang!!! Great Carpal Tunnel Surgeon…hardly any pain at all; no pain meds necessary…just Ibuprofen possibly. Nice follow up the next day with RN!
