Alvis Auto Repair

Went to Carbondale IL for the April 8th eclipse. Came down almost 600 miles and had some brake pad issues on the way. Apparently one of the pads got stuck closed going down the interstate that and destroyed the pad.

They were able to get it diagnosed, fixed, and we were on our way in just over a half hour.

Prices were fair, and better than other shops that quoted us over the phone.

Would totally recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I was in from out of town and was in a pinch to have my car fixed before going home. They were quick, efficient, and fairly priced. If you need a vehicle fixed in Du Quoin, come here!

Not only under estimate ,but after three other shops screwed us on the repair we needed they got it done (faster and correct and under budget) the first time!
