P. Julian's Truck & Trailer

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with P. Julian's Truck & Trailer. My truck broke down late on a Saturday evening, and I urgently needed a mechanic. I called them at 8:00 PM, and the mechanic assured me he would arrive within an hour. However, three hours later, there was no sign of him, and my calls went unanswered. When I finally managed to text him for an update, he accused me of rushing him.

The mechanic eventually arrived at 2:00 AM, six hours after my initial call. Prior to this, I had clearly communicated my exact location using GPS coordinates. Despite this, the mechanic insisted that I share my location through Google in a very specific manner, which was unnecessary and added to the frustration. All this time, I was stopped on the side of the highway, which made the situation even more stressful.

To make matters worse, when the mechanic finally arrived, he sent a lady with an invoice for me to sign. I took a photo of the invoice to send to my boss for approval, but before I could get a response, the mechanic and the lady left without providing any service or explanation.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I was left stranded for hours with my truck on the side of the highway on a Saturday night, and the mechanic's behavior was rude and unhelpful. I cannot recommend P. Julian's Truck & Trailer to anyone in need of reliable and prompt service.

Very frustrating experience, very unprofessiona, sketchy, expensive. The guy was very rude, they make payment difficult and want to use cash app or other apps. He took my wheel and tire to a shop to get it mounted. This guy is not a mechanic, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I run a mobile repair business and I'm very familiar with how things should go and this guy does nothing right. He shouldn't be in business

He is not a mechanic .
Will just waste your time .
