Richard and team are expert installers. I had major issues with my previous carpet fitting loosely and causing bulges. Richard created seams that are invisible; which requires true talent. The wood flooring services of Brooks Flooring, out of Taylors, SC, was exceptional and so was the quality of their work. Also, their prices were highly reasonable. From the emails with Julia to the sales person Jim, they answered all questions in a timely manner with no sales pressure whatsoever. The installers, Waldir and his partner, were highly professional and put down the flooring as if it were their own. They were able to match our other wood floors perfectly. We highly recommend Brooks Flooring for your wood flooring installation or refinishing needs.

The staff at Brooks Carpet were very helpful and knowledgeable. We selected our carpet from the many options on display in their store. Julia Brooks came out for the measurements and was very professional and friendly. The install crew came out in the morning on the day they were supposed to and were able to finish the install in a single day (they worked very hard all day and were willing to stay late and finish it). There was only one small issue with the placement of a seam in our bedroom and Julia promptly and courteously rescheduled a correction to be made. The crew came out for the correction on the day and time they were supposed to and took care of it within about 2 hours. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Brooks and would highly recommend them for your carpet and flooring needs.

I highly recommend Brooks for ANY flooring need. I will never use anyone else. Julia is so professional and knowledgeable and very sweet and kind. We had an emergent situation and it was only 3 days from the time I walked into their store until I had tile laid and carpet installed. No one tried to upsell me or sell me anything that I didn't need. Their crew was very professional, on time, and did a perfect job. I had been to four other flooring places before I found Brooks and there was a huge difference in professionalism and especially turnaround time. This company and the people that run it are THE BEST! I'm so glad I found them.

When I began my search for new carpet for my lower level I went to a couple of well known flooring stores and found the sales people less than helpful. As I researched the different types of carpet fibers and their strengths and weaknesses, I got confused. They also did not try to push me into one direction. Julia was so helpful and responsive. The installers were marvelous! They moved furniture and put it back in exactly the right place. I cannot say enough great things about Brooks Flooring. A contractor took our insurance money and ran after we had water damage, leaving a jacked up floor behind. He ghosted us after we asked about repairing his work. Phil Scheele to the rescue! Not only did him and his team do an AMAZING job using high quality materials, but they got us in quickly, AND fixed our subfloors as well. They know what they’re talking about and they do a BEAUTIFUL job. I cannot recommend Phil and installer, John Shaw, enough!!!
