Thanks guys for amazing work! Went to East Cobb store with a phone with cracked screen and a Lincoln Navigatior needing a spare programmable key. James took care of both issues. Key took less than 15 mins and phone took about 45 minutes. Customer service from both James and Shawn were extraordinary in this day and time. What a great business with that kind of help!

We stopped by Batteries Plus Bulbs in Marietta GA to get an new battery for an iPhone. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to install our new battery within 30 minutes and we were quickly on our way. The price and work were both excellent. We highly recommend the Marietta Batteries Plus Bulbs store.

I made my appointment online the night before for my shattered iphone screen, was welcomed when I came in, and the sales associate was SO nice! He ran some diagnostics on my phone and offered me some other services (I loved how thorough he was being to make sure I was offered all their services- I ended up getting a tempered glass upgrade for half off!). Best part of all- he said it would only take an HOUR!!! I came back after work, and the finished product is beautiful. The screen is better than I could have imagined and looks BRAND new! Great, speedy, kind service all around!!!

The manager at the location was able to successfully replace batteries in 2 different generations of my Hvac electronic leak detectors, the battery cells needed to be fused together as well as shrink wrapped, the work performed looked better than from the factory. I saved time and money and most of all was treated with great customer service and professionalism.

my second time to this location, once to the Cobb Parkway. I am prone to cracking the screen a lot and they are life savers The staff is always friendly and fix my phone in one hour. I would recommend them to anyone wanting phone repair or battery. they also have quite a variety of cool gadgets in stock..

It was a very busy Friday (4 days before Christmas) with several customers in the store needing watch batteries, key fobs and cell phone batteries. The three guys behind the counter efficiently worked through the line of customers and I was on my way inside of 30 minutes with my new cell phone battery. 😊

Great, friendly service. Fixed two broken phone screens in much less than two hours. One screen had chunks missing and we did not think it could be fixed. Amazing! And reasonable prices! I am glad Assurion would not help us claim the damage.

After my wife took her cell to a large repair center,and they could not diagnose,they offered to " send it off". Our company has an account with this store and I saw they fix phones. Morgan took a minute out of his busy schedule to check the phone...within 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and with in a total of 30 minutes he had it repaired....at less than what the big chain was going to charge to send it off. Save yourself time and stress...ask for Morgan..most knowledgeable tech I've ever dealt with

Had a broken screen on an iPhone 5. Was thinking I would be out of luck since it’s an older generation. Thankfully they were able to replace it. They did so quickly and they even had a screen protector that they warranty just in case it happens again. Thank you for your kind and fast service.

Amazing service. Iphone battery was the problem. East Cobb Batteries Plus replaced in about 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Going to have another family memeber's done this week!

Had problems with my sons iPhone camera. Told me it would be about an hour and they had it done in about 45 minutes. Had the battery changed also. The did a great job.

Very professional employees. They were able to replace a battery in a hand - held rechargeable vacuum. This was one that hung in a charger on the wall. Hard to find new ones that hang on the wall. Most of them just have to be left on a counter-top and I'm out of counter-top space.

Being out of replacement iPhone screens was no problem for these guys. They ran inventory from the Big Chicken store to the Providence Square so I could get my phone fixed right away.

The folks treated me well, replaced my battery and identified a bad charge cable was the cause of the device reporting slow charging quite often. I was very pleased with my treatment

Painless experience, my device was ready in an hour! The apple store said 3-5 days for repair, save yourself the trouble and visit these guys instead..

The staff were very polite and the service was provided quickly. The price was just about the same as quoted at the Apple store. I was pleased.
