Had issue with my Apple Watch.
This is best store in GA area if you need T-Mobile phone or having issues . Guys there know what to do . Just wanted to say Mike was great helping me out with my watch issue and great customer service.

Tim is so nice! Please give him worker of the month he was so helpful when I bought my I phone and Samsung he really deserves everything! We drove buy 4 t mobiles just to get to this one because of how nice he was we are lucky we got to be with him!

We've been T-Mobile customers since powertel days. This store has always given us the best service. They are technically astute and service oriented. They helped me solve a pairing issue this morning. Quality of service was consistent with how they've always been.

If you go to this T-Mobile store, ask for Tim. Tim was amazing with his no pressure buying way of working. The store was very clean and in a great location.

I seldom leave reviews but wanted to highlight responsiveness and sincerity of Maz S from this store. We had discrepancies in our monthly bill - our bill was significantly higher than what we had signed up for. Maz was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the issue, escalated within the organization and finally got it resolved. He followed up and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I would definitely recommend T-Mobile to friends and family especially because of how Maz has handled this issue for me.

It's important to say that I walked in to this store with a chip on my shoulder. Having been mistreated at the TMobile store in Roswell (see that review) a few days ago, I have spent time looking into moving to Verizon. A man was at the door, opened it for me and asked how he could help. Right away I felt this might be better. I had been talked to rudely and denied the service I asked for at the Roswell store because the woman who was incredibly rude to me said I didn't have that kind of policy on my phone. At this store Jay looked up my account and said "Of course you are covered." and took the time to look for the screen cover I needed (it wasn't out on the display islands) and put in on my phone beautifully. He really restored my love for being a TMobile customer simply by being polite and helpful. Thank you!

We had a complicated request. I mean REALLY complicated. Chelsea helped us, and she was amazing! She was so calm, cool, and collected. Plus she solved all of our request. Chelsea is the absolute best! Maz helped too and he was just as nice and helpful! Best of the best right here.

So glad we went back. We hadn't enjoyed our experiences at that location in years past, and actually went first to another location first to seek better service - but they were closed (despite the hours listed on Google). So, we were happily surprised by the service when we went back to the East Cobb location. Our high enrgy and enjoyable sales associate, Cody, was not only fully knowledgeable on products, but conscientious of attending to the needs we expressed for each of us in our technology needs (we both have our own business). He made great suggestions and didn't miss a beat in processing our sale. No attitude, just a great experience, Very happy!

Adam is the most amazing and knowledgeable employee and the best person I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. He made finding a phone and a plan very simple and easy. The most amazing customer service ever.
