Karen and Todd were amazing I came in expecting to be denied and they got me the best deal ever. Verizon has changed I highly recommend this store just based on the customer service this store exceeded my expectations by miles, Karen was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right package goodbye t-mobile!

To anyone who reads this review ask for Tyreese or Chris. They both went above and beyond to assist my wife and myself. They were extremely professional and patient. In this day and time it's hard to come across good quality customer service and we think people who do this type of job and work that extremely well to provide great customer service deserve a bonus or raise or some sort of recognition. My wife is pleased with her iphon13 pro max and I am finally content that I have my Samsung S22 ultra with enough memory storage

I had an issue with my phone the day after I bought it. When I brought my phone back, I was assisted by Karen, who was an outstanding representative. She was able to get me a brand new phone with no questions asked. She also assisted me with upgrading my phone case and screen protector. Can’t say enough good things about her. She needs a raise!

My husband and I had a very positive experience working with Todd and Samantha at the East Cobb store recently. Bill had lost all of his data on his previous phone; however, with help from Verizon tech online most of it had been restored. At the store Todd and Samantha were very patient in helping him transfer the restored data to his new phone and showing him how to make sure that auto backup was selected. They were knowledgeable about the various products in the store and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

I have been in this store a number of times looking for assistance with my family's phones. Usually, the service is either fair or terrible. However, we went in the store yesterday and were helped by a gentleman by the name of Todd. He could not have been nicer or more professional. He was patient and very thorough with every step of the process. It's refreshing to work with a true professional with such a positive attitude.

Just came in here with my gf to see what upgrade plans were available and Todd was super polite and helpful!

Ultimately the upgrade wasn’t for us because of our old plan but very grateful for Todd’s professional not pushy service!

I had a great interaction today with this Verizon. I have a Pixel 2 and just got a new car with Android Auto. I walked in and told a gentleman that it would not connect. The cord worked and it wasn't the car because my Fiance's Pixel connected no problem.

The Gentleman simply walked to my car with me so I could show him, and fixed it in a matter of seconds. I am very pleased. He didn't try to sell me on anything, it was just a quick easy in and out fix. They have definitely earned my business, and I will come back in the future with my needs :)

I went inside just to replace my screen protector on my z4. They had plenty of employees working so I only waited a few minutes for a salesman. The salesman finished with a customer then came right to me without taking a break. Joshua was his name. He looked at my phone and came right back with the new protector and also placed it on my phone for me. He placed it perfectly aligned. Thank you.

Christopher was great -he helped us get a new phone for my daughter. A couple of tips for the store in general - it is impossible to get someone on the phone when I call -have tried multiple times. Also, I went there and the store said 'temporarily closed' without a reason, when it would reopen, or the nearest alternative store to go to. What is going on? Thanks.

Brenda and Scott went above and beyond to be helpful. They tried several approaches to resolve my issue without having to replace my phone, but when that didn’t work, they invested significant time to advocate for me with Verizon to expediently resolve the issue in a way that guaranteed I ended up with product as good or better than with which I started. Additionally, they were kind and communicative. I’m glad to have this as the store near our home and look forward to work with them in the future.

Different folk certainly have different experiences. We bought our phones and contract from this location almost 2 years ago, went back a few weeks later for some assistance, and now were just there to add features when the folks at the 800 Verizon cust service number could not help us getting it to work. All three experiences have been positive, and the woman who helped us today was professional, sought help when needed and resolved our problem, even giving us a suggestion as to how to save $5. We were satisfied. Maybe it is just that people who are angry are more inclined to write reviews, and so skew the results. We will continue to use this location.

Excellent customer service. Staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Not to get into the nitty-gritty of it, but the problem I was having actually could not be fixed by anybody in this store and yet the manager told me to go home and he would take care of it. Sure enough, I later got a call from someone who could fix my problem. Again, excellent customer service.

Long story short there was a mix up with our bill once we bought an iPad and upgraded to unlimited data. There was a guy named Chris who went above and beyond and helped us get the price to what we had talked about in store versus what people on the phone told us. Super happy with what everyrhing and the staff :)

The Manager Shantel was a great help, she went beyond customer service a real people person and great spirit. This is a great Verizon location to stop to purchase your next cell phone device, service or acessories.. A 1 manager, a good person with great character..

Joshua and Chantell went above and beyond the call of duty to help me after multiple calls to customer service for my dads phone. He is in a nursing home out of state and I was at a loss in tears to help come up with a pin. They gave me multiple options to fixing this situation none of which customer service offered on the multiple calls. These two amazing people basically saved me so much time snd anguish. I truly wish customer service at the 800 number would get training from them.

So much as I am an ATT client snd getting a quote to switch my family now.

These two should be rewarded

Wanted to replace my iphone with an android based one. Customer service offered to help as I browsed, I said no thanks, but they said they would put me in the "queu" (sp?) in case I changed my mind. I did have some questions about the Note 3 and a Droid phone. Knowledgable people, in fact staff who had those phones came over to talk to me. I was able to hold them without the security stuff attached and see how they fit in my pocket.
I explained I was primarily interested in the Samsung phones, but after seeing the Droid Maxx and LG G2, I wanted to do some on line research before deciding, no pressure from the sales people.
I came in the next day after reading impressive reviews on all, and needed only to make a decision based on playing with them individually some more. I did that for almost an hour with one helpful sales person. Selected the LG, and she had me on that phone quickly and out the door.
My experience with the phone was not so great. Spent most of the day trying to get up to speed with the android system. LIked the phone, but couldn't handle the switch in operating systems, so I decided that night to return it.
Went the next day and explained my decision. The sales person I worked with that day was GREAT. No pressure. He took the phone, wiped all the info, reactivated my iphone, and all done in less than 15mins. He offered to run me through the new iphones, but I decided I'd wait a while.
Very good customer experience. I suggest you go in during off hours. I went on a weekday in the morning between 10 and noon. I have had an experience when the new iphones came out and they were very busy and things were more hectic. But you can't get too upset with them when the store is crawling with people.
Anyway, I rarely write reviews, but when I saw the others were so low, and they were mainly complaining about phones that didn't work (get an iphone!), I didn't want to let that stand.
