The service was exceptional seeing I was confused. And it was my birthday 🥳.He helped me access my account quickly and boxed up the pastry I chose.

One of the best Panera location around. It was clean, very kept up. Staff is friendly and attentive. This girl stopped what she was doing and asked me "what would I like" even though, I was only the second in line. Location is hard to find but plenty of parking and mall is around the corner. All Panera Breads should be like that.

One of my favorite restaurant chains for breakfast. Although a bit pricey, it's great food & service is usually top notch. I definitely recommend the Asiago bagel 🥯 & the egg souffle. You can't go wrong with their sweets & pastries.

I didn't eat anything there, but as a member of the sip club I went in for a coffee. While no panera I've been in is bad, this one is particularly clean, well stocked and organized. I look forward to going back when I'm in the neighborhood, hopefully next time with an appetite

Some of the staff can be hit or miss depending on their moods it seems but the managers are always on point and very welcoming and accommodating. One manager in particular knows my regular order and ensures I am happy on each visit, the added personal touch makes all the difference in the world.

Managers at wellington location are excellent. I had a food issue..I was called. I went in to speak with Matt. Great manager. Addressed issue with professionalism and kept me as a customer!! Keep up good work.matt and mike

Very nice and clean spot. Larger inside than it appears. My current favorite is the Cobb Salad (without the pickled onions). I love their broccoli cheddar soup on a cold day. The parking area is a little small in comparison to the rest of the strip mall, but great for a nice bite so close to the bookstore.

Amazing food, service and staff. Supervisor is beautiful in and out. She took care of the issue which another location did to my account. I am happy with this location. Won't go anywhere else.

Service was great. 3 sandwiches we ordered was great. Mocha was amazing. Straberry banana smoothy my kid loved it. Got 8 different pastries. Were great. So 5 stars for all. At least when i went. That was my first time in that location.

Great breakfast, fast online ordering. Staff was super helpful when I bungled my order & were super courteous. They also explained my options to avoid the same mishap in the future. When your customer service is as good as your product, it's a win. Thank you guys.

Called to switch my canned pepsi to a fountain pepsi. Tiffany has great customer service and helped me in seconds. Very impressed and happy with the amazing attitude i was given :)

This is my go to place when traveling or at home. I enjoy meeting friends for coffee or taking home a meal. The chain does have delivery, at least in the St. Louis area. It is located in a very visible place off the main road in strip malls. It is handicap accessible and has plenty of parking. New items are added seasonally to the menu. Their soups are delicious along with sandwiches and pastries. You can order coffee cakes and bagels ahead of time for the office or a get together.
