Loved this place...the owner/staff were so great, the atmosphere is fun and friendly AND they have dairy free ice cream and whipped cream...delish! The prices were awesome too. We'll be back next time we're in the area...it's a must stop!

Great place for a milkshake and sweet treat. A candy section with some candy from our childhood. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will be back.

My family and I tried Cutie's for the first time yesterday after a fun-filled day at Zoom Flume. It was absolutely delicious! The homemade brownie was my favorite part. I would definitely recommend this spot for children and adults!

Lives up to is name, adorable, fun and friendly old time ice cream parlor feel. Nice selection of ice cream flavors and sundae and shake selections. Good prices, highly recommend!

Tasty and fun! Great people and a wonderful selection of candies, including vintage novelties (think wax lips and fangs). Delicious milkshakes, malts and candy-filled shakes. Importantly, they have a yummy non-dairy ice cream selection, too. Highly recommended.

The cookies & cream candy shake was very good. Very friendly staff. Definitely coming back!

We have been twice so far. The shakes are delicious, they have a fun candy selection, the outside seating is shady and comfortable, the staff are friendly and efficient but the all stars here are the cookies. Holy moly. The first time we went the flavor of the day was S'mores. It was so big I thought all four of us would have a quarter. Nope. One bite and I did not share. This time it was a regular chocolate chip cookie. It was so soft and just perfectly delicious. If you're in the area it's worth a trip.

Cute ice cream parlor. The service was friendly & quick. The hot fudge sundae was delicious, with lots of hot fudge. Their menu is small, but with enough variety to please everyone. We got cookies for later & they were great.

Super clean, good prices, friendly staff. Really loved the retro atmosphere. We got a vanilla malted milkshake and a cookies and cream candy shake and both were fantastic - we'll definitely be stopping here throughout the summer!

My family Loves, loves, loves this place! From the decor, to the tasty treats & the Pacman machine in the corner down to the prices! Everything about Cutie's is memorable. Been here a handful of times since it's opening & will continue to come for as long as they will serve us!!

I stopped in today and took home a piece of fresh from the oven apple pie. I knew it would be good...but it was absolutely delicious. Just like my Mom used to make. I haven't had a slice so good in years!

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been dying to go since they opened and tonight I finally made it! It was everything I thought it would be. Very friendly atmosphere and just a pleasant place to be. Very delicious shake! Definitely will recommend this place!

So I liked Cutie's Sweets & Treats very much . I loved the throwback era vibe of the whole place . Some of the candy brought back so many memories . Candy cigarettes , bottle caps , Pennsylvania Dutch spice drops , individual candy in the old school reach in containers & Hershey's candy bars in old school wrappers just to name a few . Of course the main course are the ice cream shakes , malts , sodas , cremes & sundaes . I had a delicious Reese's candy milk shake . It came with different types of candy , chocolate syrup & whipped cream . They also have a cake & pie of the day & homemade type brownies , fudge & cookies . I definitely will be going back .

The shakes are delicious! I believe I have the current highscore on Dig-Dug (45,510 points, my name on the leaderboard is ACE) although I haven’t been there in a long time. Cant wait to come back!
