AutoZone Auto Parts

The place has a great variety, and decent prices. Could use a bit of a clean up. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is because of the service...granted the manager served me, but it was EXCEPTIONAL. Felt like I was in a boutique store. I don't expect this kind of service in an auto parts store.

David was exceptional helping our nephew get the correct fluid for his car. He came outside and explained the different parts of the engine to him at 859pm. It was greatly appreciated. We’ve never had anyone be that helpful.

Not only did I have above and beyond service for the issue I came in for (replacing a headlight - they were kind enough to remove the old bulb and install the new one for me), but when I asked the technician that helped me install the new bulb if I could pick his brain about a concern I had about a tire, he talked me through not just the tire, but how I could be a savvier consumer when getting tires replaced, my oil changed, and even my battery tested. I've certainly felt vulnerable to getting taken advantage of in those situations in the past and I left AutoZone today feeling so much more prepared to advocate for my car and myself in the future. Thanks for taking the extra time and for the exceptional customer service!

I visited the Auto Zone store at 2940 W. Sylvania to get Brake Fluid and Windshield Washer Fluid for my car on January 19, 2023. It was snowing really bad and it was very cold. The only reason I was out was because I had a doctor appt. I was coming from my appt and remembered that I needed those things for my car. When I stopped in, they were very nice when I asked for help finding what I needed. After my purchase, the gentleman that checked me out asked if I needed some help putting the brake fluid and the washer fluid in my car and I said yes I did and without any hesitation, he graciously did that and it was so cold outside, but I was so thankful that he offered to do that. That made my day!

They were awesome. Had a brake issue two hours from home, they had the parts and the loaner tools so I could fix it right there. Saved me around 300 from what the local Midas was going to charge me.

I was just here wednesday and these people working here couldn't be any nicer!

It was great. Both team members were great. They got me going in no time. This was first thing in the morning, at the Sylvania Rd. location.

Went in to grab a couple of small items for the car, and found what I needed. Staffer wasn't busy and we had a nice chat while I browsed. Really pleasant shopping experience on a rainy Saturday morning :-)

Update: A part was apparently missing from the dash mount I purchased. Though I forgot my reciept, they helped me exchange it for what I needed. Thanks, Barbara

I really appreciate Jason’s help today. My windshield wipers went bad on my trip from out of town. Jason offered to put them on for me today. This really made my day because I was stressed on how I was going to do it myself. Thank you, so much jason:) He was helping from the moment I walked in until I left. I was in store around 11am on 2-16-23

This store is awesome! I was having some battery trouble, they tested the battery and even my alternator to make sure it was working to give power to the battery. After a few days I saw it was the battery, went back they came out replaced it and everything. Now you may say, they normally do all of this in general, but my thing is the overall customer service and attitudes of the staff was amazing! I've never been to an auto store that everyone was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Staff always greet me with a smile and a hello. No matter what...everytime! Always knowledgeable. This Autozone is 90 percent my first call or first stop for my family's car repair/upkeep needs.

Cool place, cool workers. Better then most other AutoZone s. I prefer this one more then any of the other ones closer around. If you need a hand with anything or help trying to figure out where to find a certain part and so on etc, they will help you and go out their way and I've also seen them go out and change headlight bulbs for women and men and also other things like change batteries and so forth, if anybody needs a mechanic, just Google me and then call me, just Google me at Lucas County auto mechanic, you can also find me on Facebook at that name as well, I do all car work no jobs too big or too small that I can't handle, I am honest very well experienced and very affordable prices, everybody loves me in my word and my prices, have a great day and happy New Years to everybody happy 2023

They been helping me through the whole time I’ve been there customer and they’re are very nice people and they make sure I get a part that I need right that instant, or in a few days which helps in the long run and I really appreciate the people at Sylvania AutoZone

I went in to purchase a head light for my car. The store was clean the associates were pleasant and knowledgeable service was fast and with a smile. The associate even put the bulb in for me what an awesome guy and true asset to the company a real people person. I recommend shopping there i will definitely go back for all my auto part needs. Great job.

So grateful for AutoZone. My husband and I came from out of town to help my daughter move. As soon as we arrived, she told us that her car would not start. We had a full day ahead of moving. We went to AutoZone and they had us in and out with a new battery installed in no time!

The employees here are always so helpful to me. This tall black gentleman on his day off had come into work, was stocking behind the counter, he saw the line was getting long and asked if I needed help. Not only did he help me but he came out to my car and showed me I had bought the wrong coolant, got me the right coolant and poured it in for me since I was worried about putting it in the wrong area. This man was the best. Need more people like him in the world.

I went to this place about 3 weeks ago. They were so awesome when fixing my front light to my jeep. He kept working with it until he got it fixed.
