We had a fantastic time! Was for a 13th birthday.The horses were great. Sweet and made you feel safe but had enough pep too. The owners were very nice and knowledgeable, and explained things clearly. Nice ride, great time, will definitely go again!

Myself and my daughter came here today and we loved every minute there. Great staff and horses. The family was fun , friendly and welcoming and we will be back to have more fun. I would recommend Still Meadow Ranch to everyone to have a great time.

We had such an amazing time! Awesome horses and wonderful people who run it. They truly care for their animals 🐴 Our family had a great time and will definitely be back again.

Everybody was so nice and had patience for days with me an the kids. We've never ride before so they made our first experience memorable. Can't wait to go again

The horses were in great condition and you can tell they are loved, they accommodated my friend who was a beginner and myself who was a little more experienced. The horses knew what they were doing and made me feel safe the whole ride, the owners were super sweet and fun to talk to. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Owners and staff are amazing and friendly. Horses are solid and sure footed. Was an amazing ride with friendly and knowledgeable guides.

This place was amazing! The owners were so friendly and well educated to teach us how to ride. They had so much patience and was with us on the ride. This is a must go to especially if you are horse riding for the first times. We will back again. I love how they rescued horses. I am so happy that I supported a ranch that rescues animals.

Loved, loved, LOVED this place!! My family and I came here for the first time while vacationing on a lake nearby and had the best experience. We called a few days ahead and scheduled a ride for Friday afternoon. We showed up and were greeted by the owners of the farm, their assistant and their lovely dog. They brought out our horses and showed us some basic maneuvering as we have already had some experience riding and we were out on the trail in no time. The ride was peaceful and pleasant and perfect for our group! When we got back we stuck around a little bit to give the horses some treats and chat with the farm owners. We felt very welcome, like we came to see some old friends. I highly recommend this spot and would gladly come here again. Make sure to ask Andy for his smoked chicken recipe 😉. Thanks to everyone at Stillmeadow, I miss Tomahawk already!

We had a great time here. The couple that runs the place were very friendly and really seemed to enjoy having us there. We chose the 3 hour ride but ended up riding even longer. The horses were well mannered and followed our input with little fuss even though it was our first rides with them. The horses definitely had their own distinct personalities. I rode bandit and he loves to try and sneak a bit of grass in the whole ride. They are not barn sour at all and were happy just walking along the trails.

Recently took a family trip to the Adirondacks and wanted to find a ranch to ride horses. My wife had never been horseback riding before, so it was my mission to make this happen and make it a very memorable experience. I'm so glad I chose Stillmeadow Ranch for my wife's first time to be on a horse. I can't begin to say enough about how wonderful of an experience we had, Kristen and Andy (owners) were very friendly from start to finish and all the horses were beautiful and very well behaved. Steff led the trail and did a great job, We had extended family joining us, so we had to go out in 2 sessions. My 7yr old was not going to join the trail ride so while he waited for us with some family they brought out bukie, a miniature horse for him to brush and walk around, he loved it. After the ride they allowed all of us to feed the horses apples and treats, they went above & beyond any expectations I may have had, compared to some experiences I have had at other stables. I would certainly recommend Stillmeadow Ranch to anyone looking to ride horses in the Adirondack area. Thank you again for such an awesome time. Steve LI NY aka (Bill)

This was such a nice addition to our trip. Our guide was wonderful and had us chuckling on our ride. The staff are very friendly and let us explore the barn and feed the horses. We were also given a recommendation to some local restaurants which were amazing. Very nice people and a wonderful experience.

A birthday party for my 10 year old grandson couldn't have been better! The horses are obviously well cared for and loved. The children had never ridden before and the patience and friendliness of the staff put them right at ease. Explanations were thorough and the riders were happy. They have not stopped talking about it....And message to Andy - they think you are a true blue Wild West cowboy! We will definitely be back!

we loved this place! we were told going in that it was $35 for an hour once we started we were out for about an hour and a half. Anyone younger than 18 had to wear a helmet which was nice safety is always first. We were expecting trails in the woods but we still had fun walking around in the meadow across the road. The guides were friendly and gave us a short lesson before we left. Would do again.

It was a perfect day for a ride ! Chloe was an awesome guide , so friendly…… And we really enjoyed the horse April , Tom and Bones .. a very relaxed atmosphere ! We will be back !

This is a wonderful place to enjoy horse back riding. For beginners ,children and also for experienced riders as well. The staff is wonderful. So friendly.

I loved it so much the first time, I started volunteering there and it has been quite the adventure! The people are amazing and the horses are amazing!

Most entertaining horseback riding adventure I've ever had it was lot like riding it by yourself they weren't like zombie horses
