First time purchasing a gun and I was completely clueless. I didn’t even know how the safety works, how to load nothing. I didn’t get the guys name but, as soon as I walked in I was greeted. Very polite and friendly he show me what was the best option for me the best thing right now. He was helpful he showed me everything from beginning to end ,answered all my questions. I have nothing but excellent things to say about the shop. Highly recommended it is completely clean excellent service I cannot say enough good things about this place .

I’ve been doing business with Bull Moose Guns for a while now and have always had a very pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kyle always answers my question and educates me. He is extremely knowledgeable and always surprises me at how much he can spout off when I ask something. Most recently I took my grandfathers Model 15 gun in to have it refurbished. Kyle made it clear to me that the cost would be more than the gun would be worth which I thought was very honest of him. He of course understood it was a sentimental piece to me and thought it was great that I wanted to get my Granddad’s gun fixed up. They called me to look at it as they were working on it to make sure I was pleased with the progress before they just assumed I would like it. The results…I went in to pick it up and was floored at how nice it looked!!! Kyle researched a ton of things to restore it to as close to as original as it was back in the 1930’s. I had no idea it could look that good! Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy and I could tell he enjoyed refurbishing something that meant so much to me. He actual made a 4 part series on FB of him refinishing the gun. No doubt I will come back to these guys for my gunsmith needs!! Thank you folks at Bill Moose guns!!!

The store is really neat and holds a nice selection of tactical firearms. The pricing is very competitive, and they even have some very budget friendly options to choose from!

I've been very happy with my experience here so far. Kyle and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to help with anything you need. Their prices are competitive, and often cheaper, than the "big gun shops", but the extra bonus here is the personal service. I have had them work on my grandfathers shotgun and taken a CCW class with them (which was also the best deal around!). HIGHLY recommended.

I recently purchased my first hand gun from them. I really enjoyed the experience. I felt like I was well informed and not pushed to do anything. Because of the experience I signed up right away for the conceal carry class. I have taken my M&P Shield 9mm to the range and love it. I will be buying from them again. I highly recommend this shop. Great customer service, Kyle and Drew were very attentive and courteous. Their prices are reasonable and they are following social distancing standards. This is a pretty cool shop with nice military decor. Do not take those negative reviews seriously, they are great people. Again, highly commend it!

Awesome experience! The staff working were very friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the great conversation while going through the transfer process. If you’re looking for a transfer in the charlotte area, I highly recommend this shop.

One of the only places where you can go and have a quiet conversation with the owner. They have fair prices, low transfer fees. Their stock on hand is limited due to space, but the staff will get you anything you can think of and be upfront with you about what it'll cost, their actual price to you, and what the transfer fee is. Don't think of it as just a gun shop, but a place where you can have basically a consultant help you get whatever you want.

Kyle and his team are extremely helpful and knowledge about their firearms. They have a really wide selection of firearms at the shop. The level of personal service here is unmatched in the industry - you can tell that these guys are personally invested in their business and customers. Whether you are looking for a brand new firearm or an antique, these guys are the best.

Best selection of new and old pistols in Charlotte. Prices are much more reasonable than the big companies. They gave me a great deal on ammo too. Check them out if you want a deal.

I was gifted a revolver a few months ago and knew nothing about it. I tokk it to see kyle and he was very professional and knowledgeable about my fire arm. He cleaned it and inspected it to make sure that it was in great working condition. I will continue to use this gun shop for all of my future firearm needs!!!

I took the concealed carry handgun class on August 13, 2017. I have NOT EVER received an email from anyone other than Bull Moose Guns to remind me of the class. No spam or emails from ANYONE else!!! I have been looking to purchase another weapon and bought it from Bull Moose Guns today. They are priced fairly (I shopped them) and committed to serving their customers, answering ALL questions and extremely professional. This is a great local place to support.

Excellent local gun store! Loads of inventory, including some really mean sauvestre 12 g slugs. Has a huge variety of AK shorties, really nice stuff, priced right. I'll be spending my next covid check here. Coins, has silver coins now, even had 2020 American Silver Eagles in stock, wow!!! Nobody has them!! Great staff covered all my questions and found what i needed. OPEN during pandemic, thank GOD!

Small gun and coin shop but nice nice atmosphere. They have USED guns. I got a GOOD DEAL on a used rifle.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff. Both employees were wearing masks and only about 2 people allowed in the shop at the same time. Not a lot of parking space but adequate. A really enjoyable experience. Love my purchases.

I took this class 12/3/2017. I feel like this class is very much needed. Instructors are cool and love the passion of firearms. They'll teach you everything you need to know about all the laws. And they are very hands on with the shooting range. If you need a class, GO TO BULL MOOSE GUNS. DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF.
