Journeys

We went into Journeys a few days ago to get some shoes for our toddler. Nay (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was really sweet and greeted us with a smile and offered help with what we were looking for. Our daughter who is almost 15 months started walking recently and we wanted to buy her a pair of shoes that she could wear for a while since she is a lot more active now. They didn’t have the pair that we were looking for in size 4 but Nay recommended a few other pairs they had in our daughters size and these are the cutest little baby shoes. Nay also told me how the pair we got has a matching pair for Mama that I would love to come back sometime and get.🍄🩷

All employees were so nice and friendly, especially to my 3 year old, while getting him new crocks. I didn’t catch her name but employee #667600 was amazing. I know kids aren’t always easy when shopping but she gave him stickers, sized him, then helped him put them in when he wanted to wear them out. She entertained him in conversation. The whole experience was amazing and I truly hope she gets paid well!!!

I never leave reviews but I was so happy with the costumer service that I decided to leave one. I went on the first of this month and the girls where very helpful and extremely nice. I wish I could’ve gotten their names so they could get credit for their hard work. Overall great experience!

My first time in a journeys in awhile but I had a awesome experience. Although I don’t remember her name, she had blonde hair and tattoos. She was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. Would definitely come back here!

I come into the mall multiple times a week. I use the same entrance everytime I come in just so I can stop in Journeys and hang out with the staff. They are entertaining as hell and it keeps me coming back to buy shoes from them. Won’t buy from any other place in the mall 🤷🏻‍♂ Experiences matter 😁

The woman helping me was an angel, she was friendly and fast in bringing out what I asked for. She even brought out different styles of shoes she thought I would like. Highly recommend this place!

I’m not really sure how anyone can write a bad review of this place
I bought some docs a while back and since then i’ve been in just to shop around and the employees are always really helpful. Hails (not sure if I’m spelling that right) and Bree are always the best. Love this store
