Steak 'n Shake

This is a great budget food place if you just don’t want to spend to much and get some decent quality food. The 4 for 4 deal has lots of value and good variety. I enjoy coming here once and awhile for lunch with the family

Great place to have lunch. We were a party of 9 and were seated promptly, comfortably, and didn't have to wait long to eat. Our server was super nice.

Blanche and Kaden were awesome!! She helped me, and everyone there, and checked on me often. Kaden was very attentive, neat, and a great cook!

Went to the restaurant while it was pretty busy. Was sat quickly and served quick. Michael did a great job of taking my order and getting my food out quick. The food was hot and good.

Willie our server was outstanding. Food was great and I forgot how big the shakes were. We haven't been in 3 years because of military assignment. We enjoyed every moment of our visit.

I have to say that the customer service at this location is top-notch. We were quite hungry from running errands, so we opted for something quick and nearby. We went through the drive-thru to keep from unloading the kids and ordered our food. We got burgers, fries, & a couple of shakes. We pulled into a parking spot to eat, and it turned out one of the burgers was made incorrectly. I went inside with the receipt and let them know. The manager came up front and apologized and had them make me the correct burger straight away. He even told us to keep the wrong burger and threw in some extra fries. It is very rare these days to encounter this level of customer service in general, especially in fast food. We all enjoyed the food and left to finish our remaining errands........Stake & Shake is consistent with their quality of food, and the burgers are never made from prefrozen patties. They have a great shake selection and they have one dish that worksbeven though I thought it wouldn't (chili spaghetti).

I got the frisco melt with a cotton candy shake. Just like I remembered and the food was amazing. Staff were friendly but the atmosphere wasn't like it was when there were lots of people

It was a nice experience of dining inside. Ordering at a kiosk with the option of cash was a surprise. The food was cooked promptly (fresh), and was delicious.
I'm looking forward to doing it again soon.

First time eating inside our Snellville Steak 'n Shake since they reopened inside dining post-Covid. Their burgers and skinny fries are the best! We love the shakes as a "once in a while" treat. My fave is Butterfinger.

We weren't accustomed to the kiosk ordering system and Miss Blanche was very gracious in helping us without embarrassing us or making us feel stupid. She was the only employee on the floor and made sure everyone got their order and had everything they needed. We like the new system. It seemed like our food came out faster than it used to.

Retro diner feel and very good burgers here, and customize as much as you like. Real old fashioned milkshakes are huge and topped with very rich whipped cream and a cherry. I work nearby and this has become my favorite lunch spot. Self entry kiosks guide you through the menus and are very fast and easy to use. The staff is entirely behind the counter and are very hard working and fast and courteous. This is a very clean place to eat and there are plenty of booths and tables. They have a drive thru, but I've never used it. It's a lot more comfortable inside and the cars are often wrapped around the building waiting to make their order. Better and faster at the kiosks and never a mistake, unless you make one. I notice that a lot of the customers, at least those that dine in like I do, are older than the folks that one usually see at fast food restaurants. The 50s / 60s feel and decor is friendly and tasteful. No gimmicks here, just a great place for lunch. I highly recommend you stop in and try it. This is a burger restaurant, but you can get a grilled cheese here if you want. No chicken or fish, just delicious burgers, fries, and onion rings.

Nothing like Steak and Shake! Delicious steak burger (Butter burger with grilled onions and cheese); skinny fries with the best honey mustard and yummy shake! Can't beat it.

Our family loves this place for cheap plates and yummy food. The kids never leave without one of the awesome shakes. My husband and I enjoy the parmesan seasoning on the fries. Wait staff is always friendly, we are seated in a timely manner and our food is also served in a normal time.

The previous feedback was before the pandemic. Now after, things have changed like most things

They took off a few things like jalapenos, my husband liked to add them to his burger. And no more Parmesan seasoning for the fries. The turtle milkshake flavor is also gone.
Ordering by touchscreen kiosk is straightforward and simple enough.
I do sometimes feel that losing the waitresses has taken away from its old school vibe, but that's progress I suppose. At least we still see the pictures on the walls from its old days.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, at a price that was shockingly low. Everyone in there was extremely friendly. Very impressive.

This is one of my favorite places to eat before or after I work. Their service could definitely be a lot better. The female cashier that's at the drive thru mostly in the evening need to lose her attitude and know when a customers ask for something that's what the customer should get rather they asked when they ordered or not. I asked to put my food in separate bags and she the manager said do it say that on the ticket. Like just do what I asked please I'm a loyal customers but some people who work there got bad attitudes
