my wife and i have been going to this wendys for many years, almost once a week and have consistently gotten fast, friendly, cheerful service!! the staff typically smiles and takes care of all the details (ice, no water, sour cream for the chilli, ETC!!) we ask for. thank you 28th st. & burlingame in Wyoming, MI. !!
we have been to dozens of wendys over the years, this one has been the BEST!!

Very clean location, friendly workers, food made fast and delicious. Speed of service and food quality are very good. Clean restrooms. Overall great service.

Visited this Wendy's on 11/11/23 @ 11:00 p.m. Went through the drive thru. Ordering was easy and quick. The young man that greeted us at the first window was very friendly, had a smile to share.
Pick up at the second window was fast and accurate. The guy at this window was also courteous!
Received our food which was exactly what we ordered . Returned home, opened the bag to find a hot Dave's double meal along with a hot Dave's single (no pickles) combo. Drinks were also cold and fresh, not watered down like some are at other restaurants at times.
Phenomenal job guys!!! Would give you more than 5 stars if I could!!

Came to town to buy a car and swung through the drive-through for the Asiago Chicken sandwich. Service was fast. The staff was nice, and the food was great.

I got a 4 for 4 and a rewards small chili over the mobile app the evening of 1/12/2023, both with multiple modifications and additions, and everything was 100% correct and delicious.
The staff was quick, accurate, and kind. It was my best dining experience in a while.

I get it . They get busy. They need 2 do shift change. but does that mean that because I just spent $47 that I have to wait 10 minutes for a frosty that was not added to my order by the cashier. The manager was there and only worried about doing shift change while customers are waiting unattended to. Not just me. The couple behind me had to go back in bcause they 4got 1 of their burgers. Not a good experience at all.

Update 7/22/22: I have seen a big improvement at this location and I feel that the wait time has decreased significantly, 3-5 minutes from when I pull up to getting my food (maybe 10 if they’re super busy), which is a lot more reasonable.

(Original 2 star review) It’s hit or miss—never had issues with the food itself. But sometimes the drive through takes SOOO long. Sometimes I’m 8th or 9th in line, and the line won’t move for 10-15 minutes! I’ve left without ordering on a few occasions because it takes too long. Either they’re understaffed, or the employees are too slow. They need to hire more people or train their staff better.

Food was great, service was even better. The young red head that runs the front counter was super friendly and helpful. Corbin is an asset to your company.

The people who are mad about your food how about you try working in a fast food restaurant and see how it feels to be profiled by people who just eat the food and not even work most of the time. I was a cook and a customer at one point. Treat people with respect remember they make your food everytime and they work hard to prepare your food for you through the drive thru and try to make it fast and if they are having a bad day let them know. Life beats you down but get up and keep going it's called motivation. You do that next time you're phone will be better.

There is a man named Klear who took my order today and he made my entire day. I told him I wasn't having a good day and he heard me out and talked me through it. This act of kindness was imo way above the call of duty for our fast food workers. Thank you Klear, you are the reason I'll be coming back 👍👍 10/10 nicest workers here

Went through drive thru tonight and everything was great. Employees inside all were working hard to get food out. Food was great. Hot and yummy!
