Went through D/T it was fast the order taker was friendly, clear over the speaker, didn't rush us on there order and accurate. The person taking the money and passing our order had a smile sd she greeted us she repeated the total and order and after passing or order to us she made sure we didn't need anything else and thanked us and wished us a good day and she paused a moment not instantly slamming the window shut. We only got drinks but we had extras added to them and I got a cherry limeaid. The limeaid was perfect in taste not to sweet or bitter but there was no cherry fruit in the cup which I always enjoy after finishing my drink and ask the other drinks were dinner perfectly. The service was very goods

Placed a mobile order this morning at 8 o'clock using the app. Got to the Sonic and checked in. After 15 minutes tried calling but no answer. Had pressed the red button but there was no response. The music was playing tried the door but it was locked. I am surprised that the app allows you to place an order with out an employee being clocked in to work? Seems that the app had not updated that the location was opening at 10 o'clock. Stopped by later and they offered to refund or give me a credit but I chose to let them fill the order. I'm really glad to see this location rebuild it's employee base in spite of the pandemic.

So I have worked at many Sonics myself and know how good it feels to hear that I’m doing my job efficiently from customers. I went to this sonic and Asia took my order perfectly! My carhop Riley also did a wonderful job at delivering my food quickly. Keep up the good work!! (and no I was not a shop lol) 👍👍

Yum. That's about all I can say about that! I should have taken a picture of a shoot I ate that stuff so fast. I really love having Sonic right here in town. Back when I could ride a bike I would come up here with my dogs order outside and then sit at a table. One day I will be able to do that again.

Half price drinks anytime of the day using the app. How can you go wrong with that. There was also a special on half price shakes - Unbelievable! Everyone should download the Sonic app. It's a win/win!

Went for the corndog special on Halloween. They were very busy but the order was correct and hot.

Everything was fresh and delicious! Got our order out super fast too! Will be returning to this location.

I love Lake Dallas Sonic I come from Lewisville just to go to this one I have had alot of sonic cherry limeades but for some reason they make the best !!!! I am not sure of her name but she is in management maybe Sherry she is the sweetest #lakedallassonicrocks

The manager, Andy was awesome!!! The restaurant was very clean, the service was fast and food was delicious!! The employees were quick, smiled, and were fantastic!! I would be stopping here every time I want to eat Sonic!!!

Last two times my wife has asked for Ketchup & Mayo on her sandwich, we get it home Nd it is not even close to what she ordered. I take mine with everything, so I was OK.
