Arby's

Just went through the drive thru at the Arby's in Cody. Jaykeb served us and provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, kind, and incredibly friendly. Arby's is lucky to have him!

The food was good but the employees were well above and beyond. They were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I stopped here on my motorcycle for lunch. While there was nothing special about the food vs any other arbys I was super impressed to look out the window and see that the manager had walked out and was cleaning the bugs off my motorcycle windshield and headlight. I thought that was a great act of kindness and customer service

The store is always clean there’s good customer service and ordering through the app can make a family dinner for 4 a lot less expensive

It was a little cold in the lobby, but otherwise it was a great experience. The food was fresh and as expected and the staff was friendly. I felt very welcomed when I visited. I don't go here often due to its location, but it was worth the drive!

Good food, friendly staff, clean restaurant.

Workers are friendly and helpful. I happen to love Arby's food, especially their wraps, seasonal sandwiches (pecan chicken salad: fabulous!) and of course their classic beef sandwiches. When they have their orange cream shake, I'm in heaven. Drive-thru was always fast, even when there was a line. I'm a frequent customer!

Friendly service and everything was fresh

Well, I actually got ill as in runs,and blacking out glad I was not driving. I was at home. Safe drive thur.

Food was good, good service, but in my opinion the food portions should be bigger. I was left kind of hungry.

After a great meal and some shopping across the street, my family and I headed home to Thermopolis. Once home we realized that our young son had left his hat in the resturant. We called late that evening and a very kind lady offered to mail it to us. Exceptional people at this store, exceptional food service, 5 stars!

The store in Cody is amazing!! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Plenty of sauce on the sandwiches. Fast and friendly service!! Definitely recommend when needing something on the go.

Edit: Fred the manager called and went above and beyond in making this right. Very appreciative of their customer service and they next time around went fantastic!

Still waiting in line at the counter and the latest time on the screen has me at 8 minutes. Only person at the counter and have been waiting this long. Very poor service.!

Lunch was great and the new crinkle fries were the best.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was good, the service was great, our food was ready very quickly, and the dinning area was clean and neat.

They got the meats. The fries were hot and so was the sandwich.

Served us after close(we didn't realize until we got up to the window) with smiles and great service. What a nice crew!
