Panda Express

I just picked up a catering order for 25 people. Each order had something different. I was scheduled for pick up at 11:30am. Upon arrival Kiro greeted us and treated us so kindly. The team had everything packaged on time, with each employees name on their meal. This was FLAWLESS! The food was fresh and delicious. We order company lunches 1-2 times per month and this is among the best we've experienced in 10 years. Kiro, Thank you and your team for going above and beyond!

I came thru the drive thru a little after 7pm, 4-5 cars in front of me in line but they work so quickly that I didn’t have to wait in line long at all. I got a kid’s meal since I wasn't that hungry, I got mushroom chicken, chow mein, and fried rice. It comes with a kid’s drink so I got strawberry fanta with no ice. After tax, I paid $6.80. The cashier held her arm with her other hand when accepting my money, which is a cultural sign of respect that I thought only existed in my family’s home country, it was really cool to see here. The workers are very polite and always get my order right, they even put sauces in my bag I didn’t have to ask for. The chicken was really hot and fresh, had a lot of yummy mushrooms, zucchini, and a lil pineapple, too. The rice and noodles were a little cool and kinda flavorless at first but that’s what all the sauce is for lol (soy sauce and sweet n sour >>>). I’ll forever miss the chocolate chip cookies that used to come with the kid’s meals but the apple crisps they now come with are pretty good.

Panda Express Smyrna is the best restaurant. People are extremely nice, very cooperative, clean surroundings, managers very polite, also one of the associates name NORA provides excellent customer service 🥰

They were close to the time to close. As a result the noodles were cold and dry. Nevertheless I give them a passing grade overall.

Yes im the one that keep them in business lol. The food is always fresh. Ready within a minute of getting to window. Employees are always professional.

Super fast drive thru! The service was great, and the food was very hot. I have no complaints.

I LOVE Pada's super greens and steak tips. This time I added the crunch shrimp with pecans. I was in heaven.😊

After trying a new Teryaki place that served me food fit for the trash I decided to give Panda Express the good review they've earned from me over the YEARS. Always fresh and clean tasting, always good. I eat all of whatever I've ordered from P E every time. Orders always right. Foods always good n hot. Service is always A+. My only criticism is that the meat portions should be larger. But over all its pretty great!

Absolutely excellent. I wish I had taken a picture. Food tasted great. I had the greens as my side. I was impressed. I had eaten at the one in Murfreesboro, but was not that impressed. Thanks for a great job Panda Express!

It is always a pleasure to walk into a business and feel that you are about to get great service and that expectation is delivered upon. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was very good and everyone seemed to want to be there. I highly recommend this place.

Always great food and tasty

Food is always fresh and the drive through is super quick! I mean like line wrapped around the building is gone in 5 mns quick! The employees always act professional. Everything I expect from a drive through restaurant!
The only complaint I have is if they run out of something and it is within 1 1/2 hours of closing, instead of making more, they will just say they are out of that item.

Come here every so often and always come out quick with good hot food, employees are always nice. Place is kept nice and clean, parking lot also. Drive through goes smoothly and they added new options to the menu. If you’re looking for a quick hot bite then I definitely recommend coming here.

We walked in right after a college bowling team. And they were hungry. The staff handled it phenomenally. Very professional. The place was packed and they were still able to handle the online orders. Food was fresh!

I eat Panda Express at least twice a week! I’ve never had a bad experience with the quality of the food but sometimes the portions are different. No big deal, I guess it depends on whose working.
