I love that in this small valley, we have a free museum. I love the monthly changes and appreciate being able to see various artist work. Great job! They also host kid craft workshops and other events, the receptionists can help you find an event, tell you about it, or guide you in the right direction. They definitely don't give up on figuring out any questions, will look into if they don't know, and are on it!

Loved this place! I brought my 2 kids and they enjoyed it aswell! They are 3 and 7, and they know the rule of look and don't touch. They enjoyed the room with the little city. Staff were very friendly, and the art pieces were fabulous.

The collection rotates every few months, so every time you stop by, there's something new to see.

I've seen to three different shows this year, I think they change it 4 times a year. I loved the exhibit that showed cassette tape being repurposed and knitted into beautiful works as well as tires being melted into a new creation. The latest one (Fall 2019) was a bit too dark for me. I'd suggest looking at the free exhibit guide they offer at the front desk to determine if little ones should see what is exhibited. Entry is free with a suggested donation. I also would highly recommend renting their rooftop space for an event. It's beautiful!

This was a fabulous museum. I was in awe from the time we got there, until we walked out the 🚪 door. The museum was VERY clean, they even waxed the cement stairs!!! My daughter of 23years loved it as much as I did. I was a great afternoon spent together. I can't wait to do it again!!

One of the best exhibits I have ever been privy too and of all places in the Antelope Valley. This place is a step in the right direction. I was all too happy to pay the $5 suggested donation. This place is a can'y miss if you are near the Lancaster area.

The museum it's nice and clean. Gives the local artist chance to submit and present their work. Thank you to the people of the museum that they give a opportunity to do a life drawing class.

The art is truly awesome and it’s a non profit so be considerate to give a small donation to keep this location available for artists to show there work and help out the children having a place to experience art and culture.

Definitely a worthwhile museum to visit while visiting Lancaster. Plenty of good eating spots surrounding the museum. Free admission and a very courteous staff to inform you of all exhibits. Try to support by purchasing something from the gift shop. Parking is plentiful and free very close by.

i visited this museum today. galleries and museums were places i really missed during the pandemic. MOAH has everything a museum should have: large galleries filled with art, an information desk, restrooms, AC, and a gift shop. it's small but charming. they have rooftop events and the views are nice from that area. the image included reflects this. great visit!

I have always had pleasant interactions with the staff and the facility is in great shape! Clean, cool, and lends itself well to the arts. I love the diversity of work and the exhibits that come through. I was even able to catch one of the local artists giving a talk on their work. Any fan of art will be a fan of MOAH.

Small little gem in downtown Lancaster. Might not be a huge museum but does have some nice art work. I know some look for expensive art here but I go to look at art and not the value worth. Very interesting though. Went with the kiddos and staff does walk around to make sure you don't touch things and whatever I am ok with that. Some parents don't look after their kids, seen it. So I get it but they were also helpful in answering questions that we had. They do rent out for parties and it's really beautiful. Oh and check out their tiny gift shop and buy something to support it. Loved this place and kids enjoy it a lot! Best thing free so don't come here complaining. It was free people and awesome!
