I love Danny, I do not want to take narcotics for my spinal cord injury at 25 years old, so he understands and gives me epidural treatment instead and works with me to decide whatat I feel is best for me not only what he feels is best. He is caring and always makes sure you completely understand why you are having your pain in the first place. I recommend this place to everyone!

Dr Danny is the best ! The girls in the office are super sweet as well.

There are board qualified doctors and very good assistants.They care for their patients and spend time with you. They are careful not to give too much narcotics. Some patients can get upset with them if they are expecting a lot of medications.I recommend them to any one with chronic pain.

Dr and PA are thorough, friendly, courteous and you're in and out in a timely manner. Staff is respectful.

I have been going to this office for 2 months and the staff is horrible they don't answer your phone calls or texts what kinda doctors office is this I got a epidural injection last month and it only lasted for 4 days and it made my back worse and now every night I'm woken up by horrible cramps in my legs and toes this has never happened to me before it hurts so bad to where I just want to scream

Dr. Thia (and his staff) is the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. He pushed me to have spinal injections when I didn't need them because he was trying to get more money from my insurance company even though they didn't pay that much anyway. (Medicare) He had this terrible and nasty girl on his staff that harassed me monthly to make an appt for those injections even though I kept telling the guy I was seeing (Danny Jones) that I didn't need them. He told me I didn't have to have them, but the harassment continued. I finally blew up at her and I'm glad I did cuz she was a massive b***h and didn't deserve and respect and it led me to finally leave and find a better office that sees patients in person, air conditions the waiting room AND respects their patients! Hah

The doctor himself seems to be a very good doctor, however his staff is a different story. They either don't answer the phone or won't return phone calls when the mailbox isn't full and you can leave a message. I have been trying to get a copy of my records for disability claim for 7 months and I just keep getting excuses why they can't do it. I understand covid has made things difficult which is why I tried to be patient...7 months later my patience has run out.

My first visit I was impressed with his talk, but as the months have gone on I've seen a severe lack of attention by Dr.Thia. the wait isn't to bad. But a 5 to 7 minute visit with the Dr. having very little dialog has been frustrating. Dr. Thia relies on the nurse as well as myself to explain when getting the cortisone shots where the shots needs to be administered, that's alarming to me, a doctor that doesn't look over the MRI's to get the shot spot on is unprofessional and shows a lack of responsibility to his profession. My lower back has only become more painful in my day to day life. Like I mentioned at first, almost like a dog and pony show, showing concern, has turned into more of a hurding of cattle feeling. In his office there is literally no concern about what I have to say, just a nod of his head occasional a smile and not much else. As well try giving the office a call the phone is hardly ever picked up which is another concern of mine. Do your research. On the flip side Dr. Jackson takes his time to speak with you and shows a genuine concern about you so if you have to go to Lancaster pain management I suggest Doctor Jackson

Horrible customer service, left two voicemail with no luck and now I know why his voicemail is full. No one answers when you call. Avoid if possible, its not worth your time.
