Dr. Udaya and staff provided exceptional care. Appointment was timely and I was seen exactly when they said I would be. I am very satisfied and glad that he accepted me as his patient. Best pain management in the AV and I've seen a few.

Dr DeSilva is a wonderful doctor. He really cares about his patients and will work with you to find the best course of treatment. I recommend him highly to anyone experiencing chronic pain.

I have been seeing Dr DaSilva for almost 4 years, he and his staff are the nicest people I have ever met. Dr DaSilva really cares about his clients, he's very kind and gentle. The epidural injections I had in my back gave me over a year of no back pain
I highly recommend this doctor. One who seems to truly care about his clients. Your a human to him, not money or just a prescription. And his staff is amazing. Wait time average, 10 minutes. Can't beat that.
