I've been coming to AVOS over the past year, and Chris is always willing to help see my ideas come to fruition. He's helped install my Küat IBEX bed rack along with its accessories, and more recently he even helped install the new FSR High Country V2 Mini rooftop tent. He's also helped with swapping out the third brake light on my 3rd gen Tacoma, a feat I thought was impossible given my many failed attempts. As a former Toyota mechanic, Chris knows everything about Toyota vehicles, from electrical to mechanical, but don't let that stop you from bringing whatever make or model rig you have.

I stopped by AVOS to meet Chris, the owner and operator and he was busy with a shop installation with a vehicle up on his lift.

Av. Overland Supply is a shop like no other in the LA county For camping, off-road, and overland needs. They have a variety of items in store and online Chris the owners is a very chill person and helped me install my Awning on my Lexus. Prices are resonsable and installation was fast will definitely shop here again.

Chris brings a lot of personal experience and knowledge which make his shop unique. From his own camping to working on vehicles, it’s a one-stop shop. The big stores only stock and sell items. I made the trek to AVOS to check the shop out and meet Chris, the owner. Both were well worth the trip! Easy to talk to about, off-roading and the like, as well as regular old day to day. Felt like I really met a genuine person! Walked away with a Rugged radio, mounting clip, 2 AV lighters, and a sticker. I’m big on stickers, and more than happy to rep local gems! If you follow the insta, you know Chris is not just out there ‘selling stuff,’ but collaborating with and fostering a great community! Will be back whenever I’m in the area, but happy to order online for now.

Chris and his crew are simply excellent! They know their gear, they know what works, they know how to use it, get it and install it! Drove almost 2 hours one-way to hit the shop for an awning install. Prior to the day, Chris was in constant contact so we could plan our work, make sure we had the right fasteners on hand and I got a great video when my gear arrived at the shop! 3 days later we rolled my Jeep into the bay, hoisted my roof tent off and started working installing the 270 degree awning. We wrenched, fabricated, aligned, laughed, grooved and finished up way late in the day. Chris was gracious, helpful and easy going. He stayed late, had back up plans for back up plans and made it all happen! I’d drive the 3-ish hour round trip to do work with him again. And I highly recommend AVOS. Every experience I’ve had has been excellent! 👍👍

I went to the grand opening and had a chance to speak with the owner. He’s a great honest guy who’s passionate about camping and overlanding. They only carry quality items, some that I personally use myself and some that I’m planning on buying. I was able to buy two front runner Wolfpack boxes and an element fire extinguisher that same day. It’s also nice to see all the cool rigs people bring on the second Saturday of each month for rigs and coffee. If you’re in northern LA county or passing by on the 14, I definitely recommend you try stopping by!

Wow! What a great place for those who are into Overlanding/Camping. First of all, Chris (owner) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was I need of a couple items on short notice and he came through big time. Got exactly what I needed, when I needed it. I. Addition to this, it was great to be able to go to a store and actually have the opportunity to see different products (awnings, racks, etc.) displayed to get a real feel without looking at it on a website. It was also great to know they can order in just about anything you need even if they don’t have it in the store.

Lastly, I learned they do installs as well which is super helpful for some items beyond someone’s ability to do on their own.

I would highly recommend stopping in to check this place out!

Great shop to pick up overland and camping supplies. Custom builds are available with solar, suspension, and other options. Chris, the owner, is friendly and knowledgeable to answer all your curious questions. Located right off the 14, it is a great spot to restock before heading north for any excursions. Daily hours can be different, occasionally. Give a follow on Insta and keep in the know. Also a Rigs and Coffee destination on 2nd Saturdays of month.

It's hard to find shops that even consider the NV so I drove two hours to have my van work done here. I picked up a table for my morning coffee and evening ramen and I couldn't be happier. I'm very happy with the quality of the install and great service. I'll definitely be back!

Been going here for odds and ends and using the owner (Chris) as a sounding board for ideas. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in all things overland and vehicle modification and he's very well connected in the community (which is great for knowing what the latest tech coming out is going to be). Chris will give you honest thoughts on what he thinks your rig needs and won't try to oversell you anything you don't need. I'd give him six stars if it were possible... just an overall incredibly helpful guy to work with.

Learned about the Element fire extinguishers from AV Overland, was exactly what I needed for safe storage in the summer months in my vehicle. Great customer service as I asked about it. Fast shipping too.

Amazing store and the owner is super personable. He helped me with brackets for my rooftop tent. Def going back for a jeep lift, bumper, and winch install.

Visited Overland Supply Saturday July 10, 2021 to pick up a few items as we are newly getting into the world of off-roading and camping. The staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We were looking at roof top tents and they were so helpful, they were installing a unit onto a new Jeep Rubicon as we visited the shop.

We were running late and called as it was very close to closing, and they told us to come on over anyways and they would help us out after hours. Excellent service, excellent people!

Finally open Antelope Valley Overland Supply, been excited to see these doors open. This is exactly what the valley needed, and honestly what all the camper and overland community needed. Location is perfect right off the freeway making a quick stop off before heading out for adventures. Laid back guy with a badass rig himself. I try and stop by frequently to check out what's in stock and help out from time to time.

Great Store! Nice selection of excellent gear and it’s priced well. Attentive to questions and located in a great location if heading through the Lancaster/Palmdale area.

The store also has an online presence so you can order from them and have your merch shipped, or pick it up on your way to your next camping/Overlanding run.
