Great selection, as expected, but most of all, the staff here is totally awesome. In my experience, staff at other Dick's Sporting goods are always friendly, but the staff here seems to go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Every single staff member I passed, greeted me and most asked me if they could help. Great experience.

The shirt I was looking for was not available in my size. Christina went above and beyond to check to see if by chance there was one in my size. Excellent service!

We ordered an item online that was out of stock everywhere but the day it arrived the larger item became available online. When we went to this location we were not sure if they had it in stocks same day or if we needed to return and reorder. Angel was extremely helpful though the item was not in store he offered to help us with the return and online order, but when we found another made it extremely easy to upgrade. He was personable, friendly, and efficient. I will absolutely return to this location.

Changing my rate from two stars, to five stars. I had taken my racquetball racquet in to be restrung on a Saturday after breaking my strings and was assured it would be done no later than Thursday so I gave them an extra day and called them on Friday to pick it up only to find out it hadn't even been touched yet because even though the technician picked the strings off the shelves for me, they weren't long enough strings to restring my racquet and rather than alert me of this problem or try to find the correct strings they just let it go untouched. I expressed my unhappiness and advised that because of this mishap I would be forced to have to buy a new racket as I had a tournament that weekend and that was the reason I brought it in a week early. The manager found out what happened, that I was told it would be ready by Thursday, then called me to personally offer to replace my racquet with a new one the only drawback it was with the newer model! Plus I would only be chargef for the restring which I found very surprising and an approach that was above and beyond what was necessary and I'm very thankful and grateful for Dick's Sporting Goods to consider this as a solution to the problem so I was able to compete in my tournament and WIN!

It was wonderful. We bought three mountain bikes from there. We had good conversation with the sales team. All our queries were adequately replied. It was definitely a very satisfactory experience.

I visited this location today 5/23/20 around 2pm. The bike mechanic, I believe his name was Mark, he had a teal colored shirt on, was awesome! Just when I thought customer service was dead, he went above and beyond for me to fix my bike, make sure everything was working properly, and even offered lots of suggestions based on his own experience with mountain bikes. Very knowledgeable and great customer experience. Definitely take your bike to him, he knows what he is doing and he will get you taken care of.

Kevin in the bike section was AMAZING! It’s super hard to find good customer service now a days especially when it gets closer to closing time. But he never rushed us, nor pressed us and always let us know that he was there to help! I was in the market for a beach cruiser and he helped with all my questions. You rock Kevin! Dick’s is very lucky to have a good employee like you.

DSG brand is so good! Men's and women's both have a great selection and it's great quality. Today we had great interactions with several employees.

Darren in the shoe department was amazing. He introduced me to a brand of tennis shoes I had never heard of! They are the perfect "fit" for my profession! He truly treated me well. He was professional and well informed. Thank you Darren.

I had over the top service. I was welcomed in, asked if I needed help right away. Germaine and Lynn were both wonderful. Germaine called another store from her phone and helped me out. (I was surprised.) Great service and great people!!

Had the BEST customer experience with Darren in the shoe dept. Darren's patient, knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions that I had not considered. I can't recall a better experience in retail. Thank you Darren!!

Bill in Kayaks/boats was so friendly and helpful. We had a great experience picking out a kayak. Sean was also extremely kind and helpful! We will definitely be revisiting this store
