Amazing customer service, Joy is amazing. She takes her time with you but is still quick. I was in and out after purchasing a new phone, and we all know that takes time. But not today Joy thank your awesome. Also the new guy was very friendly. Thank you, Roy

If you want great service go to this store and ask for Joy. She has the best customer service a customer can ask for. She greeted me with kindness and answered all of my questions. There was no wait time entering the store because of her. I traded my old phone for my new phone one and she stayed there and helped me transfer everything onto the new phone. She always explains the processes and promotions extremely well which helped me understand better. If you want a good experience this is the right place.

The Manger was so helpful she made sure I was happy with my service. I will be sure I'll be back

Nicole was amazing. She processed my order really quickly, I was basically in and out with great conversation in-between. She was very helpful, very informative and knowledgeable in everything and all topped with a great bunbly energy. I will for sure be going back to work with her...great customer service.

A few weeks back I came in with my 85 year old grandmother to the east side att. A few months prior she and my mother went to the west side store where some young man confused her and added things to our family plan that made out bill go from 250 to almost 600 a month. We went in to this one to get some help and understanding. Joy was amazing. She took the time to explain our bill and what happened. She helped us get back to a plan that was actually right for my family and treated my grandmother with respect and so much kindness. My grandmother is the original holding of our phone service. She has had it since early att but is at the age where she can't even read the bill. Joy, took the time with her the way no one else had. She was the best customer service, I believe, we have ever had. She cares, is honest and transparent. An amazing person to work with all around. Att should start to teach those young kids how to respect their elders and not lie and cheat for a sale. We will never go back to west side att again.

Best customer service ever and they always find a way to help you. I love going to Shirley or joy they are amazing and so sweet. Sam is pretty good too a little quite but a great person. I recommend all three of them. If you want a great experience and walk out happy go to Shirley or joy or Sam.

I was absolutely amazed about my experience at the AT&T store on J and employee name Chris help me he got me in and out. He resolved every issue that I had he was straightforward. He’s such an amazing employee.

Great customer service, phone tech Lorenzo was top of the line sales person got great deal and super friendly. He should be promoted to at least store manager, his customer communication , friendliness , product awareness, was on point. He was super considerate of my finances and made sure I walked away a satisfied customer. Because of that young man I will forever be an AT&T customer. Thanks Lorenzo your THE MAN!

5 star customer service!!! I just switched to AT&T an was dreading going into the store because of being used to Sprint's poor customer service but wow such a breath of fresh air! They seemed to genuinely care about whatever issues I had with my phone and told me to call if I had any other issue and they would work everything out for me. Everyone was sweet and made me feel really comfortable! Glad I went in!!

After spending 7 hours trying to get the online people on the phone and in chat to figure out how to fix a problem with them sending me the wrong SIM card and updating the ID, the store had to just give me a new number in order for me to at least have some service. Support refused to support the store, but they did the best job they could.

Chelsea made my experience informative and delightful. You are lucky too have her, she's a natural salesman. She's very much an asset to your company! She deserves more money!!!!!

Sherry,Nicole and Mario went above and beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied. They worked together and helped with my wireless plan when I went in for a broken screen protector. Now that’s team work at its best.

My experience with AT&T was nothing short of amazing. Joy was ver professional and answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. She’s the reason i stay with AT&T. I even had my fiancé switch to AT&T. Highly recommend joy

Came in to upgrade to a Note 20 ultra , I was helped by Daniela and Chelsea and they were the best service I’ve had anywhere in years! They handled everything professionally and as best a customer could ask for.

My wife and I went into the Lancaster AT&T, and Andre did a fantastic job of helping us upgrade our new IPhones. He knew what he was talking about and, and personable. I recommend anyone to go and visit him for your AT&T needs !

My wife and just bought 2 new cell phones, we changed our service from Virgin Mobile because of coverage. I want to say the these people (Nicole Good and Simon Baca) were the best and give the store a good name. There isxxa reason why they have almost 5 out of 5 stars. Their GM (General Manager) Chris is no slouch either. The deal they made for me put Versions bs attitude to shame. I have only the highest praise for them. When they said the service doesn't stop when the sale is concluded, they mean and proved it to me. I would go back there any time, thanks guys!

I was lucky enough to deal with the manager Shirley at this store who was very friendly and knowledgable. I was having difficulties understanding my bills and she walked me through and explained my bill to me. I will definitely come back to this store again.
