I don’t know if this place has a new manager or what, we have always been fans of this location, but our meal today was the BEST WE HAVE HAD from any McDonald’s. The food was actually fresh, fries were so hot and so crisp, the burgers were perfect and finally a place that knows the meaning of extra pickles and onions! Literally a pickle in every bite. Bravo 👏🏼

I visited McDonald's late Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received from Xavier (I hope I spelled it right!). He went above and beyond to find the specific Happy Meal toy I wanted, which made my night! The staff was super nice, helpful, and really made my experience special. Thank you!!

This place has some of the friendliest staff around. Staff that look like they enjoy their job. It was almost a bit weird for a McDonald's. Either way, great job at this location!

While traveling from Connecticut to our home in New York, we went through the drive thru for a cup of coffee. We ere greeted an extremely friendly and welcoming male server at the drive-thru window. He asked how our traveling was and wished a nice day. This service was so unexpected at a fast food service window. We traveled through on 6/22/2024 at 6;59PM. We would to compliment this server for genuine kindness and interest. We gave this location a 5-star rating for great service.

We arrived late on a weekday night and found the place deserted like an apocalypse had begun. The only human beings we saw were the women behind the McDonald's counter and THEY WERE SO NICE. You'd expect late night fast food folks to be cantankerous, but they happily took out orders and whipped up fresh fries and all. Thank you APOCALYPTIC MCDONALD'S.

The manager was working his tail off, keeping the staff on point and doing his duties. All the while with a smile and a great attitude. The less than stellar rating is because it's McDonald's....

Food was made quick and tasted amazing! The beautiful cashier Jasmin was very kind and respectful. Would definitely be coming here more often.

We arrived here a few days before Christmas when the roads and rest stops were relatively busy. While we placed a mobile order, so we didn’t interact much directly with the staff. We did overhear the older gentleman taking orders, despite’s being busy he was so kind and patient with all customers and was trying hard to make the experience fun especially for kids ordering. The woman who was doing the cleaning while we were there (with the short brown hair) did an incredible job, the seating area was immaculate and she was very careful and precise, you can tell she really takes pride in her work. This was just a short stop on the road for us but we really felt welcome and had a great experience.

Fast services.
Clean and good management.
Food and drink as expected.
Please keep maintain to help people from starving.

The food is consistent. I love the sausage breakfast burrito and the coffee.

I just left McDonald's right this second. The McDonald's crew were clapping for another teammate. It sounded like they succeeded in preparing a meal or a sandwich in a certain amount of time. Hats off to them! I'm highly impressed. It's difficult to find good employees. The recognition towards their peer shows that these employees care and want to better and upskill each other. Anyway the food here is always fresh. I never get stale fries or sandwiches. They are pricier than regular McDonald's but what do you expect? You were driving on the MA Pike. I'm sure the lease is very expensive.

We, 51 7th graders, enjoyed all the options. Great lobst'a roll.

These McDonald’s employees are so incredibly nice! The woman who I think was the manager was very friendly and kind. They were super sweet to me and my toddler son, and honestly just restored my faith in humanity a little bit! Haha also a very clean rest stop and our meals came out quickly and were nice and hot. Thank you! :)

Typical McD's experience. Food is a little overpriced but still good.

It's a McDonald's, so I am basing this off from other McDonald's. Staff was friendly. The place seemed pretty clean. The orders were made correctly. The food was warm and seemed fresh. No real issues.

Updated building. Very nice. The staff was awesome. Breakfast delivered to our table. We had to get off the highway due to a tornado warning. One of the McDonald's I've visited.

We stopped here to get a coffee on the way to the Catskills, which was great. Then I left my purse here, only realizing my mistake once we arrived in NY. Not only did the wonderful staff keep my purse safe — when we came back to retrieve it and get more coffee, they gave the coffee to us for free because we'd driven a long way to come back! Incredibly kind staff and great coffee, highly recommend.

I like to get the double cheeseburger, buy 1 get 1 free, $3.39 for 2 double cheeseburgers.

Pretty quick service with few workers.
