I have always had great service through the pharmacy. Yesterday, an on call Dr called in a new RX instructing me to start it immediately. The pharmacist noticed there possibly could be interactions between the new RX and my existing RX. I was very impressed he took the time to look into my existing and new RX!! Thank you!!!

I have multiple sclerosis so I go to the pharmacy often. I see them once a month every month guaranteed. They always have what I need and they always deliver it on time. Also , my wife and I have a 6 year old child. Every now and then if we have a question about medication and whether not it is safe for her or what the side effects might be we always ask the pharmacist. They always answer our questions and they have even recommended better products. I trust this pharmacy.

They were helpful, courteous, and overall just professional. We got our covid vaccine shots in a quick and timely manner. GET YOUR BUTT VACCINED PEOPLE. "SCREW YOUR FREEDOMS. IT IS OUR DUTY TO EACH OTHER TO GET VACCINATED."

Friendly staff, usually they're busy filling orders for others, but within less than a minute someone is available. Very helpful with insurance questions.

Pharmacist very knowledgeable and friendly. They are quick and take the time to answer any questions. They have suckers for the kiddos!

Any pharmacy/grocery store that plays Foghat for overhead music gets my business!

Had everything we needed.

I've never had a pharmacy that fill medications more than a week after requesting them. They don't call or message that things are running longer or message when the prescription is ready even when they offered to set me up with the messaging system.
I had pulled a neck muscle and was in severe pain. The prescription was sent early in the morning and they didn't bother to tell me that they not only didn't have the pain med in but that they hadn't been able to get it for months. It took me calling another pharmacy to find that out.
Poor customer service and unorganized.

Many times have we experienced it taking multiple days to fill a prescription. Just recently we were told after waiting 3 days and no phone call during that time that the antibiotics for my daughters uti won’t be there for another 4 days. This was on a Friday evening, which prevented us from allowing them to send the prescription to another pharmacy to fill that does have the antibiotics. Why would they not have called us on day 1 to inform us of this?

Their service has really gone downhill the last couple years. I've told them 3 times now to cancel an auto renew for a script I no longer need. Today I called before I went over to see what scripts they had filled. They had filled my auto renew again! I told them cancel it and put it back, I would come pick up the other one that was ready. So when I got there, they canceled and put back the one I told them I wanted, and gave me the one I told them to turn off the auto refill for THREE TIMES!

If I could give them no stars I would. Prescription was sent In yesterday and went to make sure it got filled and got told they didn’t start it and I would understand if it was at 9 am but it was sent over yesterday at 4 pm and then I went to pick it up at 6:15 pm October 4. Then when I asked how long this medication would have sat as un filled I got told they don’t have the resources and they are 150 prescription behind. If they don’t have the resources then why don’t they stop accepting new prescriptions. Why are they still open if the don’t have the resources to file commonly prescribed medications.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have given them my insurance so many times and every time I go they say they don’t have it and I need to pay out of pocket for the prescription. On top of that they act surprised whenever I say I need a prescription same day. They are negligent even on their best day.

UPDATE: My daughters information was not updated with her surgeon and they accidentally sent a prescription here. We called the doctor and had it sent to a different pharmacy who wouldn’t let us even pay out of pocket for it because coborns already BILLED OUR INSURANCE saying it was filled and picked up. When I called to have them cancel it so it could be picked up they let us know it would have been $39! Why was insurance billed, why was it listed as picked up, why would we have to pay if insurance was already billed? You guys continue to be the worst pharmacy.

When someone has an ear infection or is sick and all they want is to get started on antibiotics to get better why does it take an hr and a half to count 20 pills? I just dont understand Wat takes so long and this is everytime with everything from the pharmacy...

I have never waited in a drive thru so long as I wait in Coburns pharmacy drive thru. I understand people are short staffed everywhere but if you can’t help people within 15 MINUTES of them sitting in the drive thru. Maybe close it down. DO BETTER COBURNS

Most employees here are rude and seem too avoid helping you. Say they send in refill requests and do not send them. Various times during my last 9 months filling there someone is always there to dreadfully barely attempting to help me at all. Needs new management.

Takes way to much time. Prescription take days. Drive thru alway closed. It's as if they don't care at all.
