Autobell Car Wash

I came in today around 1PM for an inside & outside car wash. I had a full detail of my vehicle back in August & I hadn’t had the vehicle touched since(8 months) My experience today was fantastic. Garrett’s customer service was great & he was super friendly. Abdullah walked with me around my vehicle to make sure that I was satisfied & spoke with me afterwards about their start to finish process. I have nothing but great things to say about the Auto Bell on Capital Blvd & I will definitely be back!

I had tree sap on my vehicle that I didn't think would ever come off. The guy cleaning my vehicle got it all off, amazingly!

This was my first time at Autobell and I wasn't sure what to expect.

As you pull into the parking lot, there are signs that instruct you how to proceed. Before pulling into the car wash, there is a pull-off area to straighten up the interior, retract your antenna and mirrors, secure any valuables, and anything else you need to do.

At the washing bay, an employee will come over and prepare your vehicle to enter the washing area. At this point, you exit the vehicle and pay for the services you want.

When I told them this was my first time, they clearly explained the options and sales they were having. I didn't feel they tried to up-sell any services.

They have several services ranging from a basic wash all the way up to full washing, under carriage washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, armor-all, etc.

After your vehicle exits the washing bay, an employee will drive it around to an area where they finish hand drying the vehicle, washing the windows, vacuum the interior, and do any other services you purchased.

The day I went out was extremely hot outside (95° in October!). The employees were always hustling, pretty much running from station to station. This doesn't mean they rushed through cleaning the vehicle, just very efficient.

When I got my vehicle back, I was very pleased with how clean it was. Exceeded my expectations.

I spoke to Josh, who I guess is the manager. I told him how pleased I was and how impressed I was with the employees' attention to detail. He said if I noticed something wasn't up to my expectation to bring the vehicle back.

Easily ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars!

I will definitely be back to have my car cleaned. May even purchase a monthly package.

I’ve been frequenting this Auto Bell (Capital Blvd) for six years now and this location by far is the best I’ve encountered. Josh S, Ryan K. and Abdullah M. make EVERY visit personable and a sense of home. Thank you for your diligence and attention to detail gents‼

It was pretty quick. I got the 39.00 package which cleans and drys the outside plus detailing on the inside with a nice lemon scent freshener. I always tip the young men working there. I would go back again.

The staff worked as a team, even though there were three cars ahead of me, the wait went smoothly. They were professional and even jumped my car without hesitation when it wouldn’t start. I will definitely return.

The guys that took care of my car today did a fantastic job! Really went above and beyond.

Had a great experience. The cashier helped me down load the app that I needed for free car washes this month. Then KD was kind enough to rub my car down again. Every one was quick, friendly and efficient!

I found this car wash after living here a couple years. Very fast, friendly. Cleaned the inside of my car and it looked great!

I've always had great service at this location. They all work very hard to make sure our cars are clean. Especially grateful for them taking care of my wife's van as she, and the kids, can make quite a mess in there. It usually takes them a little extra time to vacuum all the crumbs, leaves, dirt, crayons, dog hair, etc. and they are always apologetic for taking so long and not getting it perfect. When I take my wife's van there I tip more than usual because they have certainly earned it.

I always have a magnificent experience at the Autobell on Capitol Blvd.. They are fast, kind, and professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this car wash. It is hard to find a full service car wash and I have been here 5/6 times and never been disappointed. My children love the option to stay in the care through the wash and I love that I don’t have to vacuum it. My car is horribly dirty from all things toddler, spilled ice cream, smoothie, cheerios, dirt and sand and they do a phenomenal job every-time. The manager Abdullah guided me on the right wash to choose and was working hard along with his workers. I drive 15 minutes from wake Forest and am consistently impressed.

I usually go to the Millbrook one. They r down 4 maintenance so I went to capitol blvd here in Raleigh. Wow. They cleaned my car with so much more detail. Never going to Millbrook again. Capitol is way farther but now I think it's worth it. Thanks to the staff there. Excellent service.

Assistant manager Josh S and Ryan K, Assistant manager did an amazing job cleaning my car!! I needed them to really get a bunch of coffee stains removed and they just made my car look flawless!! I would recommend this location if you want to go get your car washed! This is the place to go!!

The boys are always SO kind and hard working!! I only do the drive through but the kids are always extremely polite. It's clear they are hard workers.

Crews get you in and out pretty quickly, but do not expect them to touch every inch. Overall, they do a great job for the value and saves me many hours of hand washing.

Autobell did a great job with my car. It had been well over a year since the last time I cleaned it and it was looking pretty rough. Now it looks like a new car!

I almost gave this location a 3 star due to the confusion or rather the wash operation unlike other locations (i.e. stay in your car during wash, not good direction getting in, and not knowing exactly how and where to leave my vehicle once through the wash)... however, the guy that vacuumed and dried off my vehicle was really on it, and very good. The wipe down process by this attendant exceeded other locations..was happy to provide an increased tip to the attendant. Now that I know the process, I will go back.
