I went in and asked for help finding a socket to install a part on my car after explaining I didn't have my normal socket set with me. Rose helped me quickly and was so sweet in helping me find what I needed. Will be back again.

The staff here is always helpful and if they don't have what you need will check other stores.

three of my cars are daily drivers . two I just sold made a profit . they opened the hood saw a new diehard and new parts and sold . today a guy brought my truck back . it ain't broke he just wanted to show me the new after market headlights he put in .

Been here several times for many different reasons, never have I been mistreated, and I have always gotten the products and services I came for! They do free testing services as well! In addition, they rent out tools!

This place had everything we needed to fix the rotaters and back breaks on my 2016 Chevy Traverse! Saved me $1150 to get them fixed at the dealership! Spent $238 for everything! Now that's a bargin!

Came in to check on my car battery. Michelle came out and tested it and told it was running low, which after having to get it jumped twice in two days I figured. She helped me get a new one and installed it for me quickly. The whole interaction was less than 20 minutes. Michelle was professional and very helpful. I was up and on my way quickly which I really appreciated.

Wonderful employees, extremely helpful (as an out of towner) and went above and beyond what was even asked or called for. Spencer was honest and upfront, he installed the battery for me (it was dark, I was out of town and trying to get back home that night!) Had he not taken the time and given that along with his skills and knowledge I don’t even want to know how long it would have taken me to YouTube it and buy the needed tools on top of that to change it! The battery also wasn’t fitting the greatest, he helped me again with a part and got a better fit for a better connection. We called other places and not one was as helpful. Thank you so very much Spencer and staff, you made a gal from the Midwest fell well beyond taken care of. May the blessings come to you ten fold!

I went to Valvoline and they said I should replace my car battery. I then went across the street to this Advance Auto Parts in order to get a second opinion. They tested it and said it didn't need to be replaced. I really appreciate the honesty!!

I came in for what I thought would be a simple battery change. It wasn't so simple, but the assistant manager, Justin, was unbelievably helpful in showing me what else I would need and which pieces would work best. I probably would have spent hundreds of dollars at Firestone and come out poorer and no more educated. I have a functional car again and my wife will make it to her dinner on time. Thank you again, Justin.

Fantastic store and staff the Assistant Manager Justin was very polite and knowledgeable, helped me get what I needed with no issues and also recommended items that were important to completing the job. Also he signed me up for speedperks!!! Can’t wait to start spending more to save more!!!

Cassandra was a big help to me. I had to order a new wiper arm for my van. I asked how to replace it and she showed me. I did that at home but needed a wiper blade to replace the old one. I went back and told het. She was helping another customer and I told her to go ahead. She finished with them and helped me get the right one. She was very nice and friendly. So was the other guy there. I will be going back to them for anything else.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and help you find just what you need. The prices are quite reasonable. I recommend this place. Give it a try!

Staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to figure out what you really need for your vehicle when other places try to sell you on things that you don't really need. Seth was a pleasure to work with, smiles all around and good teamwork!
