Wonderful employees here!! Gotta call the lady that helped me today named Ruth! She was beyond amazing. My husband & I went in to get a new air pump for our tires as the one we had just broke. I was telling the man checking me out that we were buying a different one than our last bc we had now had 2 of them break even though the most recent was not even 2 months old; that's when the other employee working asked if I had the broken one with me. I went and got it and after some looking Ruth was able to bring up the warranty on it so I could be reimbursed for the broken one! It was awesome, times are hard all the way around for everyone and $30 bucks means gas for work or pet food or groceries. Thank you for your awesome customer service and give RUTH A RAISE!!! Pronto!

Manager in Richmond, Mo was really awesome and matched up bearings and races that we couldn't identify by the part numbers using calibers and catalog. Had to go to the warehouse to get the parts. Had them in stock no problem. Great service!

Didn't have the part I needed in stock. "Special order" .. Staff did everything they could to help me out. Also I think the store is understaffed in the evenings.. love this location...

Had to test my battery I went in I talked to the gentleman he came back out with me testing my battery he told me what I needed it was great service.

So helpful, I came in knowing what the problem was but had no clue why and they fixed it within 15 min! The guys were so helpful and so patient! Thank you times a million!

It is my best place to buy I have a vehicle and that's the only place I get my parts they're very professional especially Ruth venegas

Biased review (I work there). Very busy store and one of the smaller O'Reilleys. Nice staff though. Spanish speaking staff most of the time.
