This place of business and operation deserves more amazing ratings. I have a mail order business in Hickory Corners and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service provided by this USPS staff. Ken has gone out of his way to be helpful and patient on many levels and wants to help us save money. I’m totally impressed and drive out of my way just to go see these folks. Courteous and 100% working for the people of their community and others. Impressive. You don’t see this much anymore in this world and especially with Post Office personal.

Great Post Office. Excellent service. No wait lines. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of parking to get in and out quickly. Post office is very clean and well maintained. Walk-in Passports 9am to 3pm M-F. Last year the Delton Post Office delivered over 300,000 packages to their customers.

Ken and Dave are wonderful. They take the time to answer any questions. Getting our passports was as painless as possible. They're always kind even when others are being rude.

If I could give no stars I would. Have to wait 6-7 days before I can receive my packages after they were failed attempt delivery. Never once have they taken a package to my door. Been in contact with them and was told my package was being redelivered the next day as long as a left a note in my mailbox on where to put it. Saw the mail truck on my way home and waited at the end on my driveway way for my packages they didn’t even drive down my road. (the mailboxes are at the end of my road) 2 days in a row they didn’t even bring my package on delivery. Even when I was told it would be redelivered today. Now I have to pick it up myself on Monday or wait until Tuesday for redelivery. I’m so tired of dealing with this issue and have reached out. I hope it’s resolved.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered today, carrier left a note saying she couldn't find my house. I live three houses south of the stop sign? Not that many houses in "downtown" Hickory Corners. Went to the po here in Hickory to get it and was told I could pick it up in Delton, called Delton they couldn't find it. They called me back and was told it was in Hickory at the po. Of course the Hickory po was already closed, what a goat rodeo. Now I see why nobody uses the po to ship packages, never again

i have a package going through usps from new jersey and the usps has no tracking info he dropped it off at the post office friday and it takes three days to getting here in michgan and ken taylor was not a big help

When you have to have all your packages delivered to your office because the post office literally "misplaces" 8 of your packages in 7 months. Really awesome.
