I had an issue with my new 2ds xl and I had insurance. So they switched it out right there. They did have to find me one from another store too as I had a limited edition one not every store has. I was very happy. I always reccomend gamestop over any place for gamers.

Poor employee W was by himself on a Saturday night and handled a super difficult customer with utmost respect and care despite her disrespectful attitude. Still kept his calm and was a delight to work with when he was available. Thank you for having my Switch screen protector in stock! :)

Very helpful staff. You could always download games directly to your consoles, however there is nothing better than visiting a game store. Brings back alot of childhood memories. Having a 5 year old I want to give him great memories.

Every geek, gamer, or anime affectionate needs power from somewhere, so Game Stop is the perfect place. In this Game stop you can buy games, and some miscellaneous stuff from for decor, or literally just for fun. I cannot say it has all games you can think of, neither I am going to say you are going out of there empty-handed, but I am trying to say is that it is literally is one of the thousands of Game Stops that are around United States. I give 5 stars since the employees are just extremely good people, and it improves the experience and the service of the place.

Well the one guy was gonna place a preorder for me, but the other associate pushed a customer off on him then told me the item I wanted wasnt no longer available. Low and behold I managed to just order it from the website and got it July 5th. Love my Transformers/Ghostbusters Ectotron Ecto-1 figure
