I am happy with my order every time I come to this place. The Staff is always nice and friendly. Tonight I went, that third shift team is amazing. Bre Served me with such joy and good customer service. Not only that, everyone was wearing gloves and that made me happy and comfortable to eat from this place.

The young woman at the drive-thru tonight knows customer service and deserves a raise! She was so friendly. Thank you, Krystal.

Hands down better than old Monrovia! When they couldn’t take my order Yall did and was very nice and my food was great!

Drive through only, got my order in they worked hard and delingently to get my order done and complete. My order was a big order of course with these boys. They got the whole order correct food was hot and fried were delicious.

The classic insatiable Krystal burger cannot be beat. You can travel the world and I challenge you to get a better "mini" burger at an odder hour than 3:33 AM. The staff as always was top notch and sweet as they could be. Will definitely pop in next time I am in the region.

I always love Krystal it's always quick and MOSTLY well put together but always hot and yummy plenty of the onion and pickle and not too much sauces, just right. Love it

Through the Drive through.
Everybody slammed in a next door fast food led us here. And we were rewarded with our Awesome Fresh cooked Chicken and Chik Biscuts. We went through the drive through.
Yes we had to wait a few minutes for our freshly cooked order.
We could have had a long wait for the "goodness" next door.
But We Saw An Opportunit.
We Took It.
Oh Yes.
The Service from the Staff that My Wife and I received Through the Drive Through was Awesome!

I use to love krystals, but for a few years i didnt go back because the customer service was always slow and rude. My first visit back was last week. I came up to order and got to the window and the lady (kim) was very apologetic because of my wait. The food was awesome too. I just went through tonight and kim was there again. Shes awesome and actually cares. The first night they were short staffed and still did outstanding! You guys did great and are doing great! I know times are hard because of being short staffed but they still did it perfect!

I always go to this location because they always get my order right when I order my Krystal cheese burgers special with extra, extra, extra onions. I usually go late hours 11pm to 2am and there's usually a little wait but worth 10 minutes for those hot steamy bunn Krystal burgers. Just talking about it has my mouth watering for a sack full now and it's only 7pm

Just like u had to adjust to wearing the mask. U will also have to adjust to those long drive thru lines at the fast food places in Huntsville Alabama, they are all short of staff. Even though we crowd the drive thru, the employees are still kind and respectful, excellent service as well. We always get what we ordered, nothing less! Thanks the the Krystal's morning shift, keep up the great service 👍😁

I wanted some of the bone in wings and they were great and spicy just like I like them. The fries and icee just made the meal for me.

I have visited this particular Krystal a number of times. The service is always been very terrible. I even went one time when the employees were arguing with each other right there behind the counter. It was quite awkward. Today however I had a five-star experience. The employees were happy and the service was fantastic. I think they must have gotten a new manager or something. But if the service remains this way I will continue to do business here and encourage you to do the same

Whoever you got on breakfast shift DONT CHANGE A THING. These ladies came to work ,be efficient, and take care of their customers. They communicate well and watching them work while I was eating my breakfast gave memories of when I was in fast food. Pulled into the parking lot to read a text, and had no intentions on going in or eating but I did anyway because the slushes displayed on the window looked appealing. Super friendly staff, and service with a smile was exactly what I got. I'll give them 5 stars for the positive vibes! 😎

The food was fresh and hot. The service was really professional and the atmosphere was very inviting.

Cold day freezing rain and the staff was all smiles. The food was warm fast and delicious. I love the low carb breakfast bowls and the service and staff are always excellent.

This Crystal is about the only one that has not gone down the dumps in Huntsville. The one bye Dave & Buster's where are the old Madison Square Mall used to be the service there is horrible. Every time we would roll through at night no one would acknowledge us and you can tell they're High having fun. But this crystals has never let me down. And open 24 hours is a plus. Except for I went I think Tuesday and wanted onion rings but they didn't have any until they said Friday. But that just means they're good.

Y'all, I have never in my life had perfect fries from Krystal's like I did the just the other day at the one on N Pkwy. I mean it when I say these fries were worth writing home about. Man, they were perfect! Krispy, not soggy. Just the right amount of salt. They couldn't have gotten any better. Just sayin. Plus, the drive thru crew was entertaining and polite. Most of my favs have gone downhill with their customer service, but these guys were awesome! 5 stars all the way!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
