Best Krystal burgers I've had in a while and the service was awesome! The man in the drive thru was killing it.

was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had to wait for a short time because something I ordered had to cook. I was not in a hurry, and I told them not to rush. When they brought me my order, the manager had given me 2 apple pies free because of the wait. I was impressed, and I will be back.

Went through the drive thru (about a week ago) and was expecting the usual non caring, yep I'm just here for a paycheck, whatever, here's your food, attitude and it wound up being the complete opposite. The female that was working the drive thru and did my whole transaction (breakfast) was exceptionally nice. It's customer service that will make or break a place. She made me want to return. If your service is good, and the attitudes of your employees are equally as good or greater, your business will be successful. Thank you for your wonderful service and putting a smile on my face!

I attend the Whitesburg location almost every Sunday because of the great employees. I will miss seei ng Rita due to her cutting down days practicing for retirement...great cook!!! All the regular Sunday workers are so much fun with their positive attitudes. In the past, I have tried 2 other H'ville locations but none have the friendly, reliable service of the Whitesburg location. Thank you.

The team at this location are amazing!! I came in and ordered Chili Pups and fries. They were still serving breakfast, but made my pups for me and made me a very happy customer!!! I wish I would have gotten everyone's name so I can give them BIG SHOUT-OUTS!!!

One of the best krystals restaurants I have ever eat in. The Krystals were hot and fresh the fries were hot and fresh also I asked for xtra pickles and they actually gave me xtra pickles

The drive-thru is usually pretty busy at lunch, but I get through quickly and my order is correct. The last time I went I decided to go inside instead. The line moved very quickly and the staff was professional, friendly and fast. It's a great place for comfort food when you're short on time.

I love this place. Just like White Castle but better. The chili cheese bacon tots or fries are an absolute must! These little burgers are a bundle of joy.

We need this place in Hampton cove bad this is great place to go get a lot of food in a hurry where else can you get 24-36 cheese burgers and fries without having to wait for a long time

Service was quick and great food

the wait in line for the drive-thru was long but when I got to the window the cashier was very very friendly she was not impatient even though she had a line of cars behind me she was very kind when I asked for extra napkins she didn't seem to mind to get them or ask for ketchup and she was just a pleasant person and the Food was awesome Love crystals we need it back in Cullman. Next time will stop there Again 😊

I've always loved Krystal since I was a little girl. When I first met my husband to be, he asked me where I wanted to eat on our date. I said Krystal. My husband to be later on said you could have picked any place you wanted but you picked Krystal.

We stopped by for a quick bite at thw drive-thru, and the staff was so friendly & sweet! The food was fresh and tasted so good! I would recommend stopping by for a bite!

Came here for lunch one work day. Everything was great and the milkshake wasn't half bad either. One team member, Mary, was very sweet and very quick to bring out our order instead of just hollering out like most places.

Large drive through order. Service was quick given the size of the order. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Order was 100% correct. I was very satisfied with everything!

Krystal's has filed for bankruptcy, but this location is not closing! This facility is always clean and they try hard to get your food to you fast. Food is always delicious and if there is anything wrong with it, they always fix it. Junkyard fries and Krystals w/extra onions, can't beat it.
