I had to take this time to give recognition to “MO”…she totally made my day w/ her exceptional customer service. After a not so great day at work she welcomed me in w/ an amazing smile and the energy to match. She totally has the personality for her job. Thank you MO for the positive energy, I needed that!

One think people have to understand is that every restaurant is having its struggles, this one is no different. What I can assure you is that when you come you will receive hot and fresh food and a smiling face and if you don't just talk to Mo the General Manager and she will make it right for you.

The lady name monacheri was very nice and helpful I had all my kids and they were a handful but she listen and made sure our order was right and greeted me with a smile and said it's OK I got kids too and made me feel ok

Traveled from Decatur al. for a late night craving and we pulled up at the right spot I ordered a #1 Big Buford minus tomatoes let me tell you from the sandwich to the drink EVERYTHING was fresh and so so good my man ordered loaded fries and mozzarella sticks fresh out the grease shot out to the team who made our order you guys are the real MVP’s team work makes the dream work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This 5 star review is for Camille !! She was an absolute Angel and extremely helpful and caring . She went above and beyond to better my experience. She was kind and respectful, the restaurant was out of most of the things I was trying to order and she went out of her way to make up for that.

Food was good. Love the fries. Friendly service. Didn't really like the automated speaker when ordering. We were talking in the car and it was trying to order fries and asking what size.

Always a great place to get food. Always fast as he can get it. He needs some help to run the place. But he was not slow. Great fries. An strawberry ice cream was good. Hamburgers always great.

The general manager was teasing me, but it was funny. Food was ready INSANELY QUICK!! Loaded fries had too much bacon, and grease for my liking (good fries though). Didn’t like the garlic sauce on garlic and butter, but burger was good quality. Spicy chicken was really good!! Great customer service. I would definitely come back!

We LOVED the visit. The food and service was AMAZING. Ms. Tineya was very polite and patient with us. They served us quick and there were no issues.

We visited the one in huntsville on university drive. We had great service and our food was fresh. My sons chicken sandwiches got made wrong and they remade them with no problem. The guy at the window was super nice. Definitely would come back.

They work as fast as they can,an that's good enough for me. when they put out good hot food then the wait is worth it. Unless you're door dashing,then it can kinda take up your time if they're busy and it's rush hour

I really enjoyed my visit. Food was very fresh and made correctly. The service was fast and the line was wrapped around the building. The drive thru employee was very polite and respectful. The only issue I have is his hair was long and needed to be in a net. I wouldn't want hair in someone's food. Other than that I'd definitely come again.

Great food as always. Everything is nice and hot and the fries are always consistently good. The restaurant really doesn’t deserve all of the negative reviews that it’s getting. Sure it takes a few more minutes to receive your order, but the freshly-made food and nice service makes up for it. Everyone is a critic, I guess.

I absolutely love checkers it is one of the only ones that I know of around here anywhere. Yes it takes them a while to make your order and wait in line but the food is always fresh and it's always packed the people that work there are very sweet even though they are slammed 95% of the time I would recommend this place to anyone.

These guys deserve a raise! We hit the window 5 minutes before opening, but they took our order early so we wouldn’t have to wait. The food was great, the service was quick, and concise. Will go any time we’re in the area!

Best customer service I've seen in a long time. Short staffed as anywhere in Huntsville, but a staff that truly cares and works hard. Very impressed out of every store I've gone to as an Uber driver in Huntsville. Outstanding performance by Phillip in looking into concerns for the customer in a heartfelt and timely manner, consistent and similar quality customer service over time by his team.
