Little Caesars Pizza

I see a lot of negative reviews... You're going to Little Caesars... You're not going to a Michelin star restaurant. So contrary to all the negative reviews mine is quite positive. I got the half pepperoni half cheese bread. And it was delicious. Quick. And the staff was kind and very up beat. Disregard the bad. It's Little Caesars. It's cheap and it's quick.

Usually I'm in and out without any issues. I scheduled my order online as I have done many times. Went to pick it up and it wasn't ready. The employee asked for my name and said that she was going to go and make it and she offered to bring it to my car. About 5 minutes later it was ready. It was smaller than any pizza I've ever had there. Not sure why or how that happened.

Ordered our pizzas on the app & the were freshly made and piping hot even after bringing them home. We get the "extra mostbestest" pizzas so they don't skimp on the toppings for those. The lady inside who helped me greeted me when I walked in & was kind.

Great service and food tasted great

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and a thin crust mushroom with extra cheese. Ready for when I ordered them. Prices were very good, service was excellent, and as for atmosphere, it's a hole in the wall pickup counter. What more can you say?

Management (Kaitlyn) was her name, very unprofessional. I placed an online order. The app did not give me a pick-up code. Well, when I walked into the store the manager was talking with an employee. I was standing there forever a minute, she did not acknowledge me. She didn't know I place an online order. I could have wanted to place an order. I had to interrupt her conversation for help. Once, I explained to her that I placed an online order, and she just pointed to the pick-up machine. She cut me off before I could finish explaining to her, that the app shut down without giving me a pick-up code. I interrupted her conversation once again, she seemed very annoyed 😒. I was getting ready to say thank you and good night, she said very rudely, anything else, thank you, bye. All of that was said in one very rush sentence. I asked what was her name, she said Kaitlyn, I'm the manager. I walked out very dissatisfied with her customer service skills. I worked in customer service for 15 years, and I never spoke to or treated a customer that way. Oh, I should say I was the only customer there, so there should've been any confusion, about whether or not I had been taken care of already. When I customer arrives you stop your conversation and take care of the customer. I've had great service at this location in the past, until Friday night.

The pizza is good. The services like 10 minutes or 10 seconds. It is a good deal.

I just have had the best experience at the marrero location, katelyn is the best, when I typically place my order I have a lot of requests and always understand there will be a extra charge, but I always get a frown or shrug but with katelyn whatever I asked for she did it with a smile. She was super professional handled this long line well, and had no problem making sure the customer left happy. I am a Business owner myself and she definitely is someone that I would love to model my workers after. She was great!!!!!!!!!!! Super great, it’s really the simple things like being nice which goes a long way

I walked in ordered my pizza and received my supreme thin crust pizza in about 10 minutes and it was nicely cooked and appealing to the eye

No complaints, their goal is to get you hot food in a reasonable time. Bravo... It may be a stretch to say the customer service is better than most stores around here.

Good, deep dish was a meh. Basically cheesy bread with toppings.

You get what you pay for but I must say today I ordered a sausage extra most bestest pizza made fresh with wings and it definitely was extra most bestest

Pizza 🍕 was good. Services was good. They do need more helpers (employees).

Overall it was hot fresh ready. If it wasn't fresh they were kindly nice enough to make a new one
